A bit of a Thirst Trap for high salary hipsters and a place to shamefully accept 1/4th an items worth because quick cash is need by Drug or Pog addicted Nerds. I can handle a Dope Fiend but these Pog Addicts are worse than Slammers! (A little Pog humor for all those 90's kids out there.) But if you love the luscious warm feel of vinyl records, the vigilante bloodlust you imbibe from a Batman Comic or the Awe Inspiring Perseverance to grow your head 3 times the normal size because of a Funko Pop, come on down Zia Records. Where the slogan has and always will be,
"I came to Zia to sell my [ insert nerd token here] and all I got was a Hippie Chic telling me We Are Going To Pass On All Of These But We Will Definitely Buy Your Testicles For $3.84 Store Credit or $1.27 In Cash.
What? $1.27? I wish I never left the comfort of crying in the Boot Barn bathroom, even when the Manager came in and my whispering sadness shared a harmony with the trickle of his urine".

Got there barely past 8pm for trade-in. I was going to be hooking them up with an audio system because I was strapped for cash. I even called ahead earlier in the day to talk about it; no mention of not trading after 8pm. They refused to help me and lost an awesome deal, and a long time customer. Won’t be using this location anymore.

Great place if you are a physical media addict like me. Also, a good option for selling your stuff if you are trying to make space. I found all the movies I have been searching for the last few years, but Amazon is just overpriced on much of it. So, give this place a try. The people are nice and very helpful.

Zia Records in Chandler is a hidden gem for music lovers and vinyl aficionados alike! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an eclectic atmosphere that feels like a treasure trove of sound. The selection is impressive, covering everything from classic rock to indie gems. Overall the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and they all seem very passionate about music.
Whether you're hunting for a specific album or just exploring, Zia Records is a must-visit. It’s not just a store; it’s a musical journey! 5***** jess h.

A two star is deserved due to Millie’s mishandling of items bought. I was left a message saying that the item must have fallen out of the bag. Yet all items that Millie put in the bag stayed in the bag. It was an honest mistake that the store associate over the phone didn’t want to fess up to Millie’s mistake that I have to clean up. I have to come in for the 5.99 item. It would cost me more than that in gas to come back to clean up their honest mistake. 5.99 isn’t much you say but the entire purchase was 247. 00 with a mangers approval of debit card use. So next visit to Zia records, do your own quality control check on your purchase. So you don’t have to come back to correct their mistake.

They sell new and used DVDs, CDs, and other media as well as used books and novelties. They do trades.
Unfortunately they were not interested in anything I had.... Still a great store.
