I recently visited the Zales store and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect piece of jewelry. Just wish I could give them 0 stars. So it would appear that people work there right, but no one seems to know what’s going on with anything. No one knows how to communicate or call customers back. Just save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else thats not a complete joke.

Axsana was not helpful. I called to check back on my engagement ring as the proposal is in 3 days. Axsana kept referring me to call the online store. Come to find out after demanding she look up the order ,Not only was the order cancelled for the second time ZALES failed to notify me of the cancellation. Family is arriving in from all over the united states, for the big proposal and NO RING.Zales did offer to make it right by allowing me to pick any similar ring in my city and they would discount it after looking for 2 hours and settling on a different ring ( no the one i had been looking at for the last 8 months) i called to find that "sorry anything you are looking at online is going to be size 10 in store ." what a waste of time, money , countless hours worrying and picking the right ring.The biggest disappointment is that this happened to me 7 years ago and I forgave Zales thinking things happen. willing to give them another shot.I could not be more disappointed, let down, frustrated more than i have ever been with a company more than zales.

Axana and Sasha are the best! They helped me thru the process of buying a ring for my wife today. They were both knowledge on all of the amazing product in the store, getting the financing done, etc. They made it really easy for me from start to finish! Really awesome staff. Total professionals! I couldn't be more happy! I highly recommend!
