I don't like it, they don't have xxl and xl, they tell you yes, but it's not a store that discriminates against Gorditas, what a shame!!!! Among all the evening dresses I never found an XL or XXL....don't waste your time to go if you are Chubby they discriminate against us!!!

I visited this store on 2/11/24 5pm, and was stunned by the extremely Poor customer service of an associates at the fitting rooms. The associate was taking back dresses that were tried on by other customers and was not attentive to opening fitting rooms for upcoming customers. I had my son open an empty fitting room which happened to be the “handicapped dressing room” as she called it or for “people with strollers” which I did have one for my daughter. She told me that didn’t count because my husband was with her and was sitting on the bench outside the fitting room so she refused to let me use it while all of the rest of the staff rooms were taken. Her tone of voice was very rude and condescending as she refused any service to me.

I went in on the Sunday the 17th to order a dress online. & Adriene told me I wasnt able to purchase the dress online. For her reason being, I dont appreciate the slack of doing your job. I ended up finding the same exact dress "online" after she told me it wasn't available on the website. I really wanted the dress & purchased the one that wasn't my size in person. Now im stuck with a dress i had to go out my way to get altered instead of getting the size i exatly needed online. Very frustrating when people don't want to do the job they signed up for.

I was looking for a plain black full-length dress last week. When I got there I was greeted by the staff. The store was pretty dirty, the dressing room's especially. I didn't have anyone come up to me and ask if I needed help looking for something specific. Overall, it was a fine experience. I did find a cute dress!

I bought an outfit 5/28/23 at 2:32 pm. The salesperson Jayden was very rude and condescending. I hope she works on her tone and deliverance when speaking to customers who have questions.

I went to Windsor at the Primary Outland Center in Vegas. The ladies there greeted me and made me feel seen. I purchased a blue dress and a earing and necklace set. I wish I brought more. I would definitely call me back again.

If you eat here make sure you ask for Sean to be your server!! He made my first time here that much better! I had never been so I took all his recommendations for food and drinks and was not disappointed! He was super attentive and makes you feel welcome.

I never write reviews, but I ordered a bunch of stuff for new years, they ended up shipping it to another state in error. I showed up to the store to see if I could find anything to wear and Jazmine and Delaney literally made it so much easier than I thought it would be. So grateful for their help! Thanks girls!!
