“My guy Jacob is a rockstar! I got a flat on my way to daycare dropoff so when I walked into the store I was late, frustrated and had an 8 month old baby. Jacob did everything he could as quickly as he could to assist me and keep my baby from crying. Even when it turned out I needed 4 new tires, not 1 he helped me pick the right tires and didn't try to upsell me. I have no complaints and will be a return customer!”
