received a letter that they charged for identity theft protection and since calling them 2x I have not received a check for the refund of this charge. I guess you need a lawyer to get reimburse for the class action suit against them!

First off, this is a workplace for call center and backend employees, not a place to cash your checks or to speak to a live rep.Complaints about managers I've seen are far from the experiences I've had, even all the way up to senior management, but I imagine it depends on the department you work in and the individuals in leadership at the time of your employment. Also depends on the employee. There's only so much stupidity, laziness, lack of attendance and insubordination a human can put up with before their resulting lack of respect for you as a person starts showing.As far as the claims you won't get far with the company, in my experience leadership is big on development, you just gotta put the work in and there seems to be a lot of people doing work that would get you a C in high school classes but still expect a 4.0 gpa. That's the younger generation for you, for the most part.As others have mentioned, the campus is nice and well maintained with an on-site cafeteria, coffee shop and gym. Sometimes I like to eat my lunch outside by the water fountain, pretty relaxing. Glad they added the covered parking, which I think is still being constructed in some of the lots, but comes with the added benefit of overhead lamps that we didn't use to have.

Of the Major banks, they are BY FAR the worst. The online people rarely are able to assist and try to go and see a commercial banker? LOL Why don't they have a phone number listed for this megafacility?

The campus itself is beautiful and has many different walking trails designated with markers along the path. The foliage is beautiful as well, makes for some great mid day breaks!

This is a workplace cafeteria serving a campus that houses thousands of team members. It is a new facility and has a nice variety of options to satisfy a great deal of needs and wants. The food is good and a great option if you aren't interested in either packing your lunch or leaving the campus. The facility itself is very nice with ample seating and lots of comfy options and it's well maintained - clean and tidy despite the amount of traffic. They also cater business meetings and I've found the employees to be friendly and helpful.
