After 6 years of banking with WF, I unfortunately must say goodbye due to the horrific treatment I experienced at my neighborhood branch. Shortly before the bank opened I made a deposit at the branch drive through ATM. Unfortunately, $100 of my funds were jammed and did not credit my account, or dispense when my card was returned at the end of the ATM transaction. I immediately went inside the bank, by this time the bank had just opened. As I explained what happened at their ATM I was immediately told there was NOTHING they can do and I had to make a claim with the 800 # and wait for resolution. No one would come out to the ATM and help me and I was actually threaten to have my car towed away if I didn’t move away from the ATM immediately. After refusing to leave until someone help me a banker by the name of Basil attempted to come out and provide the limited assistance that he could. The branch manager and employees at this location didn’t care about my problem with their ATM and provided no resolution to assist me. I left feeling as if I and my business did not matter to them! Safe to say I will not bank with an institution that doesn’t care about my business!!

This location is out of date, system's are slow, and the employees are unhelpful but nice. They don't carry enough cash for "large" withdrawals, you have to schedule with them.

I’m not a customer of Well Fargo but I had a check to cash and needed to money to buy groceries, Service Manager Francisco and Teller Alondra were friendly and helpful at the beginning and the check was from Wells Fargo and they charged a $7.50 fee because I wasn’t a customer. I asked why it’s there check? Francisco said a little stuck up “Well we are not a nonprofit organization!” I responded I never asked if you were a nonprofit and there attitude changed. If I was an interested future customer I wouldn’t be after that, why would I bank with you if this is how you treat non bank customers.

We walked in right when they opened at 9am. "All of our bankers have appointments at 930a so we cannot help you." Our project would take approx 30 minutes so I asked why we couldn't do it in that time frame. "Well, it might go over." Okay? There are SEVEN employees sitting around looking at their phones and not one could be bothered to help my husband close his deceased father's account. Wells Fargo is one of the worst banks only second to BofA, everyone knows this, but this branch really highlights their atrocious customer service.

Easily accessible location with large parking lot and drive up atm. We were in and out in minutes.

Used to have fantastic experience with Wells for years, but the past year service has gone down. Understaffed due to the pandemic.

Beware beware of doing business with Wells Fargo. They are not honest and will cost you money if not careful. Be sure and get everything in writing as what they tell you is not necessarily true. Be very careful Wells has a bad history of treating their clients poorly.

Horrible customer service by Derek at this location. After having an appt scheduled and then rescheduled, I got the unfortunate pleasure of having Derek help me. Was that a mistake! He could not understand a simple task of opening an account, clearly did not want to work at 4pm on a Tuesday, and was trying to do whatever he could to get me out of the branch. I also witnessed another customer come in looking for a notary, and he was very rude to this customer telling him that there was no notary on staff and that he would have to go to another branch. Not helpful at all to either of us customers! When I called later in the afternoon to speak with a manager, Derek answered the phone....and conveniently not manager was available. He asked to have me hold when I asked to leave a message for Matthew the Branch Manager because he was in the middle of typing an email. I will be moving my personal and business banking away from this bank and won't ever work with this branch again.

Customer service is gone at this place, take your business somewhere else. The employees and management change every week here.

Incompetent bankers - went in on a Saturday to submit a tax form.....had to wait for 30 mins to do a 2 min transaction. The banker conveyed he will get it submitted on Monday and call me to confirm, once submitted- more than a week with no confirmation. Called the customer service desk 1.5 weeks later and they conveyed they did not receive the tax forms
