Horrible experience with this location.
I am a long time Wells Fargo customer and I have never have been treated this way before. If you are reading this, DO NOT go on this location. Poorly trained employees.

Went to this location at 4:35pm and ask if I can open a checking account. The guy that stands up front, not behind the glass, told me they do not have time and that they close in 20 minutes. Complete lack of customer service. I questioned him and he then told me it takes an hour to open a checking account. I find this hard to believe because I went to a different financial institute during my one hour lunch break to open a checking account and even had enough time to eat lunch and drive back to work. I do not recommend this bank or location to any one since they lack the customer service skills to keep the customer happy. If I can give zero stars I would!

Love this bank and have been a customer for years! I keep meaning to reach out to them to say thank you for posting social security a few days earlier! You have no idea how much it means when todays dollar does not go as far as it should or did!!! It has made my life and I am sure others like me have less stress! So thank you to whomever made the decision to care for the seniors !!!

I had made an appointment to use a notary to close out my uncle's estate. Upon my arrival I was in desperate need of a restroom. I'm a prostrate cancer survivor, so the use of a restroom comes on from time to time at the most inopportune moments. I asked Becca Ramos to use the restroom and you would have thought I was asking for the key to Fort Knox. The look on her face and body language let me know that this was an unwanted request. After a few awkward moments, she reluctantly had a teller allow me to enter the inner sanctum of the Wells Fargo restroom. This was an extremely embarrassing situation, all over a very simple request. Needless to say, the rest of my time completing the transactions was uncomfortable. At the completion of the interactions I closed the account and will cease to do business with Wells Fargo. When I see the Wells Fargo ads on TV I laugh and am thankful that I am now a Chase customer.

I visited this bank with my mom who is 87, with a walker and somewhat difficult. The employees were patient and incredibly good with her and her needs and many questions, sometimes repeated. Working in the service industry myself, I truly appreciate employees who can be empathetic to the needs of others. These folks get an A+.

They need to change the ATM hours they are not obviously 24 hrs anymore … doors to the lobby atm are locked until they open and the drive thru atm is never opened

The location has been declining for a while now, customer service is down. Another Wells Fargo 2 miles down just closed & I can see this one is headed that direction as well. The last few months The drive through ATM only works days at a time. Most of the time it's not working. Say's they open at 9am The other day came by at 9:30 & everything was closed. One bad thing after another with this location. I see a lot of others complaining about Wells Fargo lately. Might be time to switch banks

This branch like many of the others is no longer open on weekends. You can rarely use the drive-through because of staff issues and tends to have long lines inside is quicker for me to drive to another branch 3 miles away and try to use this facility anymore.

The staff at this location are phenomenal! I've had some very disappointing interactions at other locations and over the phone, but the folks here go above and beyond for their customers. If every location had staff like the ones here Wells Fargo would be my absolute favorite financial institution. I will probably never set foot in a different branch again, these people make it so worth the drive.
