I don’t go inside the bank that often but recently had the pleasure of meeting a teller named Isabella. The few times dealing with her have been amazing! From asking how my day is going to offering me bottled water, she truly makes my day a better one. Polite, professional and knowledgeable…. Wells Fargo, you have a great employee in Isabella!

I waited over an hour to speak with a bank teller about being a poa over my son finances and watched these workers sit around and do nothing till noon when then they went to lunch, the agent that helped me was very unprofessional and I had to ask fr a manager which it seemed she was no better her name was Tess I tried to explain to her my frustration and she started to cut me off while I was speaking, I had to express to her how I've been manager over 15 years at my job and this wasn't how to treat or handle customers, she then advised she would resolve my issues which I thought she did and now realized she didn't, I went to another Wells Fargo in my area and nothing was updated in the system of me heing a poa , I've tried to call this Tess manager back , emailed her , called several times with no response , now I'm guna have to drive 45 min away to go speak with her in person , wish me luck

Took almost 3hrs to open an account at this Queen Creek and Alma School branch. Completely unacceptable. The Branch Manager sat in the corner the entire time while a clearly elderly banker who had very little clue what she was doing tried for hours to setup an account. It was like watching tech support for a senior. Martha was her name and she was very friendly but the entire experience was extremely painful and at my expense. Will never return to this branch.

I will never go to this branch again. I went in for help because my wallet was stolen and my ID and debit card was stolen. Martha DID NOT do what she needed to do. She failed to complete the fraudulent procedure correctly and put a "hard hold" on my acct the day I went in for help. My account was still accessed by the criminal at 2 other branches. I advise ... DO NOT go to this branch, more over DO NOT work with Martha. The proper procedure was NOT taken and followed and now I am seriously thinking of leaving Wells Fargo... after being a customer for over 21 years., what a shame. Might be time to switch banks!!

I was trying to change my last name on my debit & credit card ? it was so imposible and so tired at the branch WF located at Ray Rd & 48st and the another branch was Alma School & Chandler with a lot of excuses, today day I had 4 weekends trying to change my last name with these TWO branch and nothiiiiiiiing!!!!! Today after them again, I try this BRANCH or this location at 1100 W QUEEN CREEK RD and it is the best I ever been ❤️, I finally did. They take care about their customers, I feel happy and they make my day! I’m pregnant ? of 8 months and it is so difficult to deal with Covid, pregnant, stress of others and this kind of customer service just make my day today!!!!! THANK YOU ? so much NATHANIEL SKINNER and Claudia Schroeder to impulse this kind of service to your customers!!!!! definitely we as humans have the difference between ones and others, some make the difference and some just stay working for their own interest and thats the ONLY thing matters for them ?

I had a great experience at this bank on a Saturday morning! Anthony was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There were three teller windows open and I had to wait for less than one minute before I was helped. If I'm in this area again I would definitely come back to this Wells Fargo location.
