We've used Wealthnest for the last three years specifically for taxes. The front desk staff is friendly and always welcoming. The tax preparer: It's pretty frustrating that our time is not respected, we arrive on time but usually wait an additional 20-30 minutes before being seen. The appointments feel rushed. The prepare often mentions a book keeper will take a look at the numbers, which makes me wonder what the prepare is looking at. After our third visit I honestly have to question what benefit we've received by using this company. Meeting with the prepare runs about 20- 30 minutes. In 2022 we paid $410 for a basic joint (married) return, pretty basic filing. I do not feel my financial health was adequately evaluated or that I'm appreciated as a customer. After three years, giving them the benefit that the last time was just a fluke or making excuses that things will get better I still leave feeling like they value their time at a premium and our time is not valued at all.
