I go to this store to buy some patio furniture covers. Go into the garden center ask a young employee who points to the other end of the center and says” if we have them they are back there somewhere “ thanks for the help…I go back there nothing.. now I can’t find anyone in the garden area, go into the store ask another young employee who looks at me like what is that?? An older employee walks up and says oh yea they moved all that to online… wow!! I come to a store to support brick and motar store sales and basically wasted my time, gas, wear and tear on my truck when I could have clicked on Amazon and had them delivered next day for free…. and Walmart executives wonder why Amazon is killing them in growth…. Customer service perhaps??

Disrespectful engagement with store employee over an item that was listed for half off. Representative (Alex) taunted both me and my 9-year-old son that the item was ringing up incorrectly despite the label and original location being correct. This was even after we offered to walk him back to where the item was originally located, as the item tag matched. Never once apologized or took accountability. Told my son “tough luck”, and ran off. No managers were available to help us. Will never shop here again.

One bright summer morning on the day of my friend's surprise party, I decided to buy a cake for them with my friends. It was but a humble cake, for I am a broke college student with but three digits in my bank account. So I purchased a $15 cake and proceeded on what I had hoped was a typical, uneventful checkout. Much to my chagrin, as I began exiting the store, an older balding employee who had been staring at my group since we entered the store, proceeded to stop me in my tracks, wasting precious time we needed to prepare for the party. When he demanded a receipt, I lamented my refusal at the checkout kiosk to receive one; my mindset being whoever would think to return a cake? Nonetheless, the harsh employee persisted and insisted on seeing my bank transaction history to prove my purchase of the humble pastry. Unfortunately, my auto fillers were malfunctioning and the Chase app was frustratingly slow to boot. So after a grueling 5-10 minutes of scrolling through my phone, I finally showed the transaction to the Ebenezer employee's face as he glanced at his watch to ensure the purchase date. When he finally approved our release, I couldn't help but notice a look of disappointment in his face, as if he was saddened by the reality that he would not be initiating a civilian's arrest on some teenagers for the theft of a mediocre cake. I am highly disheartened by my treatment by this employee, as if the theft of a cake in any case would lead to his demise, though I hope this review will realize that fear. Thank you for reading my tragedy.

**Review for Walmart Return Policy**
I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Walmart's return policy and customer service. Despite having a valid receipt and the item in perfect condition, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. They acted as if I was trying to rip them off, which was not only offensive but also entirely unwarranted.
Furthermore, they seemed confused about their own return policy. Even though the item was purchased from a different Walmart location, it shouldn't matter since it's the same chain. However, they made it seem like returning an item to a different store was a major issue, causing unnecessary hassle and frustration.
Overall, the poor communication and accusatory attitude of the customer service representatives made what should have been a simple return process into an unpleasant ordeal. Walmart seriously needs to train their staff better on both their return policy and on basic customer service skills.

Relatively clean for a Walmart but the employees will watch you like a hawk if you’re younger then 25 and they won’t try to hide it either

It was a pleasant process of returning an item that I purchased that I didn't need. The customer service representative was very friendly and not rude at all. Her name was Rainy. The stores seem to be very well kept and taken care of compared to other Walmarts that I've been to. It's a great location for either shopping to be done Home depots in the same parking lot area as well as a movie theater and a lot of popular restaurants.

Too crowded too big no service takes 45 minutes to get through the line even if you're the next person in line. I get it. Hard to find good help ever since covid but I think it's too much. I do not enjoy going there

Hemant is by far the rudest cashier I have ever met. He was disrespectful to the two customers in front of me and when it came my turn he ripped my produce bag open to find a number without asking or trying to use his produce book. The chance of having to deal with him at checkout is so negative that even though this is my closest Walmart I still prefer to do business at one a couple miles away.
