Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Walgreens promotes prescription savings cards. I use them since they offer better pricing than my insurance. I placed my order on Monday. No one ever carries one my drugs I take regularly. I knew it would take a couple days to stock. On Wed, I got notice my scripts were ready. Stood at the window 45 min while the tech tried to process the discount cards for my meds. 2 would not go through. The pharmacist got involved. He decided that I had to wait until day 30 before I could have the medication (it is not a controlled substance). The discount card did not work on this medication.
Today is day 30. Now, it displays as out of stock. Really? Why did the tech have it in her hand on Wed? Why did the pharmacist, who would not look at me or talk to me, hold the script back for a noncontrolled drug 3 days prior to the 30 days? I can usually fill my meds 7 days prior to day 30 of the refill.
I called. Now I have to wait until next week. It is now out of stock.
I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. Last month was exactly the same, except, I could not wait for the tech to process the discounts. I just paid too much. I've never been treated so poorly by any pharmacy. I had no idea that coming here last month for the first time should have been my last. I thought it was a fluke because I was new. I was wrong.

This pharmacy is completely incompetent. They sent me a notification that my prescriptions were ready. I showed up and they pulled one of my two prescription. I let Dan know there should be 2 prescriptions, this apparently completely confused everyone. After standing by the window for 15 minutes they finally bring up my second prescription, which is the wrong dose. It was suppose to be a 3 month supply they tried to give me a more expensive one month supply that would have cost me 6 times the amount for what was needed. I was then informed after 25 minutes that they didn’t have the correct dose which I then needed to get from another Walgreens. Fine, I guess it is what it is, I was going to take the 1 medication they did have for me. Without even checking my discounts they tried to charge me $58 for a $12 med. After having to think for them I asked him to check the history and he fixed the price to be $12. There is always an issue when I go here over nothing. Don’t not expect them to know what they are doing, you’ll be better off. I normally wouldn’t write this type of review, but this is a consistent problem at this location. They cost me an hour and a half out of my day for what should have been a quick 5-10 minute process.

Have been spending hours struggling to get a rx filled at different pharmacies, and Juan, one of the techs here was super friendly, listened, and was able to get me setup with a solution in a few minutes. Excellent customer service!

You will be lucky to get anyone to pick up phones anymore in retail.lisa put me on hold 10 min to ask a question about birth control.i understand your a pharm tech however you should know the answer working even as a tech.wont be back to this location

Their customer service is non-existent. If you call, they route you to a call center. After two attempts to be transferred to the actual pharmacy, I held for 35 minutes and never spoke to anyone before my call was disconnected. Highly recommend Costco's pharmacy.

Been he several times for prescriptions, always have to wait even if it is called is hours before. Then they always give you a run around on why it is not ready, having to wait for approval even when paying without insurance. Nothing like telling you that it will take 4 days while you are in severe pain. I will NEVER come back to this Wallgreens. The problems that occur only happen with this terrible pharmacy.

Went here early yesterday morning as I had a migraine and needed to get some medicine. They didn't have any and it took three to five minutes to find help. Everyone was MIA. So I left empty handed.

Communication at this pharmacy location is horrible! Try CVS across the street for better customer service.

This is the worst/ slowest pharmacy ever! They are either extremely slow or under staffed or both! I have been using this location for two years and I will be switching pharmacies ASAP

slowest drive through on earth!!!! please staff this store. way too long of a wait every time. There was 8 to 9 cars in each row backed up. And this isn't just today, it's every time. I sat third car back for 34 minutes! Without moving! Please reevaluate your drive-through process, or at least teach the people handling the drive-through Some sense of urgency.

CVS by my home could not get my prescription to me when we needed it right after surgery. Today I was very concerned about trying Walgreens across the street because I too, had a horrible experience with the drive thru tech who would not release my LEGAL prescription for Ivermectin during the Covid plandemic. She was accusatory, hateful and CRAZY, telling me I wasn't taking it for the "right thing". Thankfully another pharmacy issued it with no problem, and I am happy to report that I fully recovered quickly from Covid after taking that legal Ivermectin prescription. My husband and I said we would NEVER go back to Walgreens. Well, in desperation we had our Orthopaedic Surgeon call the pain med into Walgreens because CVS could not come through with it. I walked in to pick it up and was greeted by the kindest staff as I walked to to the back. They were all incredibly helpful, asking me if I needed to find anything in particular, and I picked up the prescription with no problem. The storefront clerk was so very kind and conversational. Seems that this particular store is working on excellent customer service now. Not sure if they are still Nazi's about filling LEGAL Ivermectin prescriptions, but there are plenty of other pharmacies out there that fill those, no problem. There are so many terrible reviews about this pharmacy, but today they came through for me and I think it is important to be fair about that.

Don't call the pharmacy they will never answer. Worst service ever. Walgreen is worst.
