I don't even know where to start.... these people are always and disrespectful - be it in person or over the phone. These people do not care about their customers or their well-being. Save yourselves some unnecessary stress and find a better pharmacy. For people working in the medical field, these fail. Big time!

The pharmacy is horrible don’t bother people with attitude and all kinds of reasons why the prescription is not ready. Won’t call to transfer prescriptions.

This pharmacy staff is awesome, friendly and so organized! My family quit using Walgreens pharmacy many years ago in Ahwatukee due to long waits and incompetence !Had to take my daughter to Walgreens for insurance to cover her vaccines so I decided to use one farther away from mine due to previous poor service! This one rocked it! 730 pm vaccine appoint Checked right in, the employees , all smiles! Shots and gone in 7 minutes! Highly recommend these folks! I'll be back! Went on 9/26/2023 7:30 pm

From visiting Walgreen Pharmacy in Chandler, Arizona, Thursday, August 03, 2023, an insubordinate Walgreens Pharmacist "Brit" should be investigated for her inappropriate medical Pharmacologist skills of false accusation judgment based on my longevity prescribed medications due to The Americans with Disability Act. I had a horrific and offensive experience with a Walgreens Pharmacist, "Brit "asking to refill my long-term prescription from my provider. I told her I was using my GoodRx coupon instead of my insurance. Walgreens Pharmacist, "Brit" refused to refill my prescription from my provider, and she accused me of consuming different types of prescriptions as a problem of her concern since I am visiting Arizona for personal reasons. She was unprofessional, belligerent, hostile, disrespectful, and using disturbed foul language using perplexed abnormal head to toe using human body gesture movements as a threat. I am distraught, worked-up, and dissatisfied with a Walgreens Pharmacist, "Brit" for repulsive ignorance of my prescribed long-term medication. "Brit" should be investigated for her inappropriate medical Pharmacologist skills of false accusation judgment based on my longevity prescribed medications due to The Americans with Disability Act.

I've continued to get my prescriptions here because it is close to my home even though they don't have a drive through and I always have to go in and wait. Today I was picking up a new one that my dr prescribed that she told me is required to show ID. Every time I'm prescribed a new prescription the pharmacist always speaks to me and makes sure I understand how to take it. I've tried 5 different medicines in the past month. The last time I was here I told them which ones I was continuing and which ones I was done with. LINDA helped me today and I say 'helped' very loosely. She asked if I knew what I was picking up I said yes thinking she would ask for ID and have me step to the side for the new prescription to be explained. She checked me out and I was on my way but I realized I'd paid for a medicine that I told them and had my dr submit was not to be continued. I didn't mind that I just didn't want it sitting in my cabinet. It was only $10 so the money wasn't an issue so I asked to return the medicine, and explained that last week when I was here I told them I no longer needed it and at my appointment last week my doctor said she would submit for it to be cancelled. LINDA RUDELY says she told me she knew what she was getting. Okay, that's not the point. I have 3 active prescriptions right now auto-refilling at different times, and that they didn't take the time to talk to me about my new prescription or check ID. Then LINDA calls over another lady to tell me they don't ask for ID or have to explain even if it's your first time picking up adderall. This was the one prescription in the past month I would've liked to speak to the pharmacist and instead I was rushed out and very rudely spoken to when I asked about it. Very dismissive and disinterested in actually helping customers. I'm still in shock with how they handled me just wanting to return a medicine I simply didn't need. A very easy fix turned into grown adults throwing tantrums bc they had to fix an issue that really wasn't a big deal. Judith was wonderful and helpful as always.

Been here a few times in the last few months. The first time I came for Nail clippers. I saw an employee and was just going to ask her the location of them and her first and only response was "I'm off the clock" and she walked right by me. I have been here other times and asked where something was and they told me right where it was at. Thank you! The only time I have used the pharmacy I was a little disappointed. I showed up at 3 minutes till 2 and it was closed for lunch. They opened up 3 minutes after 2 which was 3 minutes late. Attention to detail isn't much these days. My prescription wasn't ready yet. They said 10 - 15 minutes. I ended up sitting there for 25 minutes waiting for it and I was the only person there. I could understand if there was a backup, but it was just me. There were 4 or 5 people in there and they were told I was waiting. So much like everywhere these days customer service has just gone out the window.

If I could give no stars I would. This location lacks customer service. I've dealt with the racist cashier who felt the need to scold my children because they were excited to get candy. After telling her off I had my kids drop their candy and took them somewhere else. And today I tried to get a prescription filled because CVS couldn't take my insurance and the pharmacist refused to run my insurance card after I told her I was having a hard time getting through to verify who I could get my prescription with. We'll CVS offered to call my insurance and found out that I Walgreens is who I would need to go to. But I'm not taking my business to this location. When they could have helped me out the same way CVS did and got paid for the prescription. Just trash customer service.

The worst customer service. Every medication I need filled takes at least 1 week. I have to call several times to continually ask for it to be filled. They will say ok it's ready. I go to pick it up, it's not ready. This is the 5th time this has happened to me. After telling my concern to David today I was basically told well we're just behind. 5 days I've been waiting on this one medicine. I'm going to a different Walgreens, scottsdale Walgreens has never given me issues.

Went today for my Covid booster. The lady in front of me said she made a phone appointment for hers as she has no computer or smart phone. The pharmacy technician could not find an appointment for her. The lady was upset as she had a hard time making her original appointment by phone. The technician was so sweet and said she would squeeze her in. She was immediately reprimanded by the pharmacist who said "Don't do that again". Not only was that the wrong thing to say, but to do it in front of customers was rude and bad customer service. I will never go back there again. Come on Walgreens, be more thoughtful to seniors, not everyone is tech savvy!!!

Who would charge $45 for 6 passport photos and don't even provide a electric copy?? I went to the store and took 6 passport photos, which got charged three times as if I were to take one set(2) of photos. Then I was told they could provide me a soft copy of that, where they literally have it on the SD card in front of me. They claimed it's a privacy issue, but I didn't see she deleted my photo from the SD card anyways. so, don't go to Walgreens for your passport photos ever because I'm sure there are some places cheaper and better.

This review is for the pharmacy. Went in to get a flu shot, which should be a quick in and out, but ended up waiting about 20 minutes for it. That was on top of "signing in" which was about 15-20 minutes. The girl at the register was very polite but she was new (she stated this) and it appeared she could have used a little more training before being sent off on her own. She had trouble finding me in their system and after reentering my info she found me. She then had trouble putting my insurance in the system. During this, she stated that the computer was acting up which I can't blame her for, but she said the same thing to the customer ahead of me. So we had to start all over again at a new computer! After finally getting my insurance in the system (or so I thought), she told me it would be $40 for my flu shot. I informed her that I didn't think that was right, because my work requires me to have a flu shot since I work in various hospitals. I told her it has always been covered. She just kind of gave me a blank look and I said whatever, I'll just pay it. The actual pharmacist overheard and came to the rescue. It turns out she put the wrong number in the system. Fast forward 20 minutes and the pharmacist comes out with the shot and gives it to me right in their prescription pick up waiting room. That was kind of strange because usually they take you to a private room. I guess I just helped a few people pass the time as they watched me get my flu shot. Once again the woman at the register was SUPER nice, but work with her to set her up for success. I'm definitely not going to repeat my flu shot here next year!

Terrible! Dropped off a prescription last night and was told it'd be about 20 minutes and the system would text us so we waited in the car like 40 minutes goes by with no text we go inside to find out they'd closed. And the store manager was rude and most unhelpful, told me there wasn't anything she could do(like saying that absolved her employees of responsibility).
