The worst customer service I have experienced at this walgreens! The lady [heavy accent] that works Sunday around 1:30 pm. She is so rude with the customer in front of me. She was also rude to me! She didn't let us use the store cash rewards and manufactured coupons together! She says only 1 coupon allows! I have shop with walgreens for 30 years. This never happened at other walgreens.

Nothing against these stores but their new designs are horrible in my opinion!!! I cringe having to go into them now but have always loved Walgreens for my lip gloss, and lotions. I stopped for batteries because I didn't want to fight parking at giant retail stores and come out with more than I went for. I didn't see many employees but the cashier was nice. (Didn't get name unfortunately). Plenty of parking and easy to locate as it's on the corner in the strip plaza

The ladies and gentlemen at this pharmacy are among the kindest, most genuine humans o have experienced in the pharmacy industry. They remember me; I remember them, and with so much love! We always have delicious small talk while they care for me, and if ever anything is needed to be adjusted or discussed, they kindly contact me in a timely and wonderful manner. I love them so much! Pharmacy closed even though it says an order is ready? Then there’s a sign saying to try another location. Called the other location thinking because this one is closed they would have transferred the orders.. nope. The other location had no record of my order. Now I have to wait until Monday to call the doctor and have them switch to CVS instead.

I understand there is a shortage of pharmacists, however what happen tonight at this Walgreens's was bad management. I waited 20-25 minutes in the drive through to pick up 2 prescriptions. There was one car in front of me when I got there and 7 behind me when I left. There was 2 people inside working and they interacted with 3-4 people inside instead of alternating one inside and one outside. Walgreens needs to close down the drive thru if they can't support it. At least if you walk in and see a line of 4-5 people you can make a decision to either wait or leave. In the drive-thru, you have no clue what is going on. Just some logistics to improve customer service!!

This is the worse Walgreens I've ever gone to. Every single time I call to fill my prescriptions they said it will be ready the same day for pickup. Every time I go to pick them up there not ready. This has happened 4 times in a row. I will definitely be switching locations. They have the worst customer service.

What do you do when you're in Newark, NJ, scheduled to fly out for Europe the next day and discover you've left your medication back home in Phx?! And you'll be gone for a month.... without that daily medication! You call the Walgreens nearest your hotel and they'll help! The pharmacist at Union was awesome! They went into my Walgreens account; found the prescription; obtained special permission to refill it; and had it ready for me to pick up before we flew out! And THAT's the benefit of having your prescriptions at a national chain like Walgreens. Thank you, Walgreens!

They haven't stocked these pegs for months. A Manager apologized, said he'd place orders for all the empty pegs. Low & behold...3 weeks later. Still, nothingggg. $100's in lost revenue due to inactivity. Sales, customer satisfaction and normal functionality at this storefront is just not a thing I suppose.

Clean and professional, this Walgreens is my go-to as my pharmacy. It's a bit out of my way, but worth it. They're always kind, quick to find answers to my questions, and when I got vaccinated there, the pharmacist made it easy and stress-free, which I appreciate.

The pharmacist Issouf lied about the inventory they had and only would sell me a product that would cause me unnecessary bodily injury. Your job as a pharmacist is to protect your community from injury and preventive disease not cause it.

Rating this location pharmacy only. Worst Walgreens pharmacy I've been to. Pharmacy staff seems to not care about customer service. Very disorganized and arguing with each other behind the counter. Not sure why the entire staff has to go to lunch at the same time. Other Walgreens stagger lunch so someone is always at the pharmacy window. The previous time I was there, the text system said my prescription was being prepared. It was close to closing time and this was a critical health issue, so I went to pick it up. When I arrived, they said it was out of stock and it would be a week before I could get it! When I asked them to see if any nearby Walgreens had the meds on hand, they reluctantly started looking. They couldn't even tell where the Walgreens were located ... telling me the store number (no address) and asking me if that was a close one. As if I know the Walgreens store numbers. Comical if I hadn't really needed my meds. Last week they were supposed to have 2 filled prescriptions which were ordered by my doctor at the same time. When not one was ready I asked about the other. They said they didn't know and it would be ready if they had received it. I asked if they could look up my records or check orders. The answer was a flat no. When my doctor's office tried to call them, she was placed on hold for 15 minutes and finally hung up. Walgreens is the only allowed pharmacy for my insurance, so I'll be finding another location with better customer service.

I love Walgreens. Never had any issues with the beauty event in the past. There's one beauty specialist who knows me from the past and for this event she gave me a 7kpts off 25$ booster the day before the event started stating that I could stack the boosters. Cool. Thank you, I put a lot of money into Walgreens so it felt nice to be appreciated. Well when I tried to stack them here the beauty person gave me attitude and called a manager to verify it was ok who said "uh yea it's fine." Yet she continued with the attitude and proceeded to take the new coupon out of the beauty bag I EARNED FAIRLY and handed me the couponless bag. Listen lady it's not your money, your product, your business and it's not your problem. Make your customer happy by doing the RIGHT thing and continue about your day. Don't penalize me for being smart. Damn.
