Highly recommend. Excellent customer service. Clean store. Extensive choices. Good, transparent pricing. Details below.The store was clean. The glasses were organized well. The two people working hard to get orders done for people on the last day of the year were friendly, upbeat, and responsive even though they were slammed and probably had been their whole shifts. I had called before going over to verify they had the frames I was looking for, and the woman on the phone found them and held them for me until I could get there. I was also easily able to find other frames for sunglasses while waiting for her to finish up with the customer ahead of me. My insurance was hung up from another glasses store (not a Visionworks) holding the info of a set of glasses I might have ordered if I wasn't able to find my frames somewhere else before the year end. The woman I was working with at Visionworks was able to call my insurance and clear up that odd hold late in the afternoon on a Sunday (I had also tried to order my glasses online from my insurance, but hit the same wall and my customer service line was closed until after the new year).I try hard not to wait until the last minute to order my glasses; this year, I had some extenuating circumstances. My glasses cost about half of what the other store was going to charge me (with the same insurance at both) for nearly identical work ups, even with less expensive frames at the other store because I'd picked them from the bargain bin, as I couldn't find frames I actually liked. Visionworks just has better prices (which were easy to understand and well explained - something I usually do not find at retail eyeware stores) and a better frame selection. They had more frames available, even though the overall size of the store is smaller (the other store I used to go to was huge with a small selection). I will be returning here next time I need my eyes checked or to purchase glasses. I didn't put their names specifically, but I have their cards. I have a feeling everyone working there is great.

Quite literally if I could give the location 0 stars I would. Was in at the end of November for my eye exam and to order contacts. Whoever took care of me never placed my order for contacts. A month goes by and I’ve received no calls or anything for this order I thought was placed. I finally call them myself to find out someone dropped the ball and my contacts were never ordered.What can they do to accommodate? Nothing. Except one pair of trial contacts to tide me over for the LATE order that the employee there never placed for me a month ago.Ultimately. I’ve been going to Visionworks since Kindergarten for my glasses and contacts needs. But I will NEVER go to this location for service again.Apparently, according to the manager at this location, it’s MY fault as the client for the employee not placing my contact lens order. And there’s NOTHING they can do to help me other than place an order now and still wait the normal time for my contacts. In addition to this awful service, I was charged an additional $58 on top of my previous fees at which time I was told there would be no additional charges.EXTREMELY UNIMPRESSED.

I have to say I am super pleased with the customer service here I came with a prescription in hand because I didn't like the glasses at my eye doctors I wanted some safety glasses and Carrie help me find. I received them within a week. Unfortunately, when I got them, the lenses sat in a little bit further than the demo ones you try on, so my eyelashes hit the lenses and nothing we could do Carrie explained she could refund my money or we can find a different pair glasses. it was super easy she just switched it to another pair of glasses I found litterateur 5 mins. My new glasses pressed a little bit hard on my way back to my ears and give me headaches had them adjusted a few times. Went in let them know I wasn't happy again she's like what can we do to make it right do you want another pair or do you want your money back? It was so nice No know I had options most places will only give you an exchange. They're willing to do either or super refreshing and it really shows that carrie cared about getting me the perfect fit. Thank you. FYI, I tried to go to the santan store they just didn't feel that customer service, so I went back to Carrie here in chandler

Awesome experience! Receptionist was amazing taking the time to answer my questions and even went over my insurance coverages so I better understood what was available to me. The Dr. was very thorough in explaining to me the results of my vision test and recommending what best suited my vision. Turn around time for my glasses was quick as well. I definitely will be back for any vision needs.

I was visiting from out of town and was out of contacts. This store and its employees was the only place that worked with my situation to get my same-day contacts. I called over 15 stores in the area and nowhere had my prescription and/or couldn’t get me a single pair same-day. This store was able to sell me two trial pairs AND mail my prescription to my house out of state. The employee that helped me was very kind and knowledgeable and understanding. Total life-saver!

Went here for my glasses about a year ago. Couldn't see out of them well at all and went back 3+ times to get it fixed and they kept telling me everything was fine. Today I went to another clinic and they found that my prescription from VW was super incorrect. I couldn't even drive in my glasses, or see anything at night and VW thought it wasn't a problem. Don't recommend, would not go to vision works despite my insurance covering it. Would rather pay for myself than never be able to see because of them. Leaving an extra star rather than the 1 I wanted to give because the guy who measured me for the glasses was super nice and friendly.

Appreciated the personalized efficiency of the check-in process as well as the pre-exam eye tests. Nathanial took note that I had trouble standing and walking (arthritic knees and I didn't have my cane) and offered accommodation. Dr. Sun is always very thorough in his explanations, going over the imaging and assuring me my eyes looked healthy (I'm diabetic so macula degeneration is a concern). He also provided two prescriptions, one progressive and one for my extensive time in front of a computer. While my lenses can get expensive, I've been going to this Visionworks for years and I'm always satisfied with the customer service.
