“Great experience for our dog Kimi. I couldn't get into my typical vet due to bad timing, a recent acquirement, and trend in their service. I was referred to Arizona Avenue and loved the experience.
Staff was polite and handled everything perfectly. Love the phone app and ability to communicate over the phone. We were able to get Kimi the meds she needs and ran a few tests while we were there.
I felt that they were very mindful of our furry friend and for us as owners. They made sure we could get the best care for Kimi while not wasting anyone's time.

“Homeward Bound is absolutely the best. We had our male dog neutered there last year and when it came time to recently spay our female dog we knew right where to take her. The staff are incredible. They have all been kind, caring, and professional--whether on the phone or on-site. We were never rushed, and the staff have always made sure all our questions were answered. We followed all the aftercare protocol, and both our dogs healed beautifully. “With a 15 year old corgi, I've visited my fair share of vets throughout the Valley. Dr. Chen is one of the best! He is kind, caring, and knowledgable. He provided a thorough physical examination of my fur baby, without putting him through costly and unnecessary diagnostic tests or treatments. He even suggested a simple solution to my pup's slipping back feet and pulled the booties up on Amazon for me. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns, without making me feel rushed, spending a full 30 minutes with me and my pup. The receptionist was also great and very accommodating; she squeezed me in for a same-day appointment at no extra charge. The vet visit was very affordable. I arrived a few minutes early and was called back two minutes before my scheduled appointment time by Dr. Chen himself! In a world where 30+ minute waits are standard, I appreciated my timely appointment. My pup was seen immediately by Dr. Chen without having to wait for a tech to grab his vitals and perform an intake assessment. Thank you Dr. Chen and Pride Animal Hospital!”

“Buddy the cat was cured after about a week of treatment... nobody in my town helped him with his problem and the staff here were amazing and super friendly and even provided a follow up call. Who does that these days? Meds and everything was less than a hundred bucks. Cat felt comfortable also considering there's a separate cat entrance and waiting room! I could say more... Worth the two hour drive for me.”

The staff and all of them are professional and caring for the animals and the humans who own them. They promote a low-stress low-fear environment for the pets, are available to answer any questions day or night, and offer an emergency clinic for when those things happen on a Thursday night.”
“Every time I come in here the staff is absolutely fabulous! Very accommodating and loving, I feel very comfortable leaving my kitten with them. Alex is always the one up front and is never short of exceptional! Today our vet was Dr. Monica Vaughn and she definitely cared so much for Dojo Cat!! We have come here for all of his booster shots and finally did his rabies so he’s all set and every time has been a wonderful experience!”

“Back in July my kitty got scheduled for a euth appointment with this vet after an FIP diagnosis with pretty extreme effusion. I picked this vet particularly after speaking to a vet tech named Marci on the phone who was so empathetic to my situation and understanding. In the hours leading up to this appointment, I found out that a month earlier an FIP oral medication was legalized in the U.S and called asking if they would be willing to work on a treatment plan instead of putting her down. Not only did they spend hours with me that day running tests and finding out dosages for this new to market med, but also reaching out to surrounding vets gathering info on the best approach for treatment of this complex issue, all while being so kind and gentle with me and my partner on one of our worst days. Now three months later, my kitty just got cleared to come off FIP treatment, and is doing great. If it weren’t for this blessing in the form of a vet hospital I would’ve lost my 6 year old kitty far too soon. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO DR. RUSSEK, AND THE INTIAL VET TECH ON THAT FATEFUL DAY, MARCI. And a huge shout out to this whole team for supporting me and Piper through this process, you guys are angels. Forever grateful! Best vet ever.”
