Having major phone issues after 1st line hacked. No space inside as store was pack with folks having issues. Guy added my name to his list, took my number and suggested I wait outside for a call back.
After 30 min hot a call, gal with VZN was giving directions that didn’t work and both of us frustrated. After trying to reset password the 4th, she abruptly said she had to take her lunch break and would call me back in an hour, then hung up. Phone is still “moody” and pretty sure it is due to the “first hack”……the gal still knows the phone number she changed so who knows where my calls are going. Worst customer care ever!!!!!!! Likely going back to T-Mobile better service and don’t have pay a fortune when traveling out of U.S. when making calls without having to “add International Plan”.

I wish I could give zero stars! TERRIBLE customer service. They lie to you!! They tell you one thing and then minutes later tell you another. They refuse to take care of your issues and tell you go to to Apple Store instead of correcting the issue themselves. I will never be back and would never recommend this store! Go to a different Verizon store!

On my One and ONLY visit here the Manager at the Time was a REAL F-A-H! (YOUNG GUY with the Dark Brown, or Black BEARD with an ATTITUDE).
Would NEVER RETURN to THIS LOCATION. And I've had a Family Account with Verizon for 20 yrs.

After being with 2 other similar companies my wife and I decided to switch to Verizon and also have their credit card. It's a difference between day and night! With other companies trying high pressure tactics and employees who didn't know their job, we are completely satisfied with Verizon. Being in business for over 50 years myself, I could see how Verizon employees are better trained and make the customer know what they are buying. Congrats to Verizon! :)

I’ve been into this branch several times. Always great team members. I’ll never go back when this particular employee is working or at least wait for someone else.
I watched him blowout an elderly man - give him no customer service and insult him at the same time.
Did he treated me like an idiot versus a guy that’s been consumer electronics and customer service my entire career. This particular guy should go back to working at the burger place.
Sorry, I can’t be more specific.

EJ was excellent. I came in after I broke my phone at work. EJ was kind and efficient in helping me get a new phone. He provided me with a few different quotes and walked me through them. I was in and out super quick and got all the help I needed and a new phone :)

Bad customer service, been sitting here 20 Min.. Only one sales person on sales floor , the other two walked to the back room and closed door. You can see the frustration on customers faces . Don't waste your time here!!

This review is in this location and hopefully not representative to all Verizon stores.In fact, I’ve been to several Verizon stores in person and I’ve usually have wonderful experiences but this location I did not.* I’ve had Verizon for a long time.I was there for several hours because I knew I was going to have issues with my two new phones and transferring activating the phone numbers to the correct phones and I was right I did .I’ve had Apple phones for over a decade. I know how to transfer data and set up a new iPhone. that is trivial administrative elementary level. Every time I talk to them they said it’s going to cost you $30 it’s gonna cost you $30 I’m like I don’t need your help can I just acknowledge this out loud so you stop saying that it’s $30 to set up. Two different Verizon representatives helped me at different times and they were like broken records telling me $30…$30 and I’m like OK well my phone doesn’t work because there’s no eSIM connected to it so I can’t receive or make phone calls and they’re like oh yeah, let’s help you with that.some feedback to Verizon/store manager , perhaps have employees wear name tags. It would’ve been nice to know the names of the people I was working with. When it comes to customer service, I always think listening. Part of that is listening to the customer to see if you can even help them or direct them to what they’re looking for. I never felt heard by any of these employees. I felt like a broken record and they just wanted to say what they wanted to say without listening to anything. I don’t know what kind of customer they usually get but not all customers are one size fits all everyone comes in with different needs and I’m not ignorant. I know how to set up a phone and I’ve told them that many of times but what I can’t do is set up an eSIM that will connect to my Verizon cell phone number and they knew that. that’s what they had to help me with several times while I was there but they wouldn’t do that without telling me five times that they were going to charge me $30 if they help set up my phone or touch my phone.the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Verizon store.

There was a big mixup with upgrades on our account and it turned into a big mess. I came back on a different day & Zack was able fix everything for us and explain everything thoroughly. I really enjoyed his calm demeanor and his ability to explain my promotion with ease. Definitely turned my experience around to being a great one. Thank you Zack!

I went to this location to add a line, and before adding a line, the sales rep advised that I would need to change my plan in order to get the promotion, and I ask multiple times will that affect my current promotions on my other devices before I do anything, and I was told oh no, no no it won't affect anything just a plan change. Come to find out about two months later that's not the case. I just got a email saying I will loose my promotions if I don't adjust my plan by nov 6 and be back charged for all previous months. I was able to change my plan back just in time. It's clearly only about commissions for them they tell you anything to make sale. Beware always call and verify with customer service while you're in store.
