Dylan was amazing and truthful throughout my process changing to Verizon ! He helped in getting me a way better deal plus not to mention upgrade over my last carrier who upped my service and I didn’t even have 5G. If you truly want someone who will help you and care, He is the man and so worth the wait if he is overly busy Thanks Dylan for all your help and honesty I truly appreciate it! God bless!

Liars at this store. They tell you that you have unlimited data on your hotspot, when you don't. I called just now and the employee literally said "I don't know what a data cap is"
HOW ARE THEY SELLING YOU A SERVICE WHEN THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS? Absolute trash liars. This store store is a perfect example of how Verizon is a misleading company that manipulated their customers. There are NO plans that come with unlimited hotspot, despite the double talk they try to shove into your mouth.

Manager Cody messed my order up and scanned the wrong phone to my account. Made excuses and blamed other people. Then sent me home without any phone after signing up for an account. I have no idea as to the standing of my account or what to do at this point. Trash service and wasted over an hour of my time trying to transition with no success. Look at their reply’s on reviews where they just spam the same message. They clearly don’t care about customers.

I was having problems with my phone not ringing loud enough for me to hear it & tried to get rid of smart app. The service man fixed the problem rigjtvaway and also showed me how to fix it if it happens again.

I wanted to share my fantastic experience at this location. Tyler Lassey was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to calculate the best deal for us, showcasing his impressive math skills. Tyler's patience and clear explanations made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Despite spending over an hour with him, he never rushed me. Highly recommended!

I got a new iPhone in 2022, bought their screen protector plan because they told me I can get a free screen protector whenever I need it. So, after almost 2 years I need a new screen protector, I went to the store and was told that they don't do that at the store now, that I need to order it online and pay a $12 and change delivery fee. So, I paid for a service that was going to provide me something for free which is not free.

Just had the best experience at this location! My phone was not receiving any texts or calls and not only was able to make it to the store 15 mins before closing time, but Will D greeted me so friendly and willing to help. He knew exactly how to fix my issue on my phone super speedy while explaining what was happening. He was very kind and I’m grateful for his excellent service! Highly recommend this location!

Christian is the best!! He was the one to help me out today and he was literally so helpful and kind and really nice all together:) He was definitely the best Verizon worker I’ve ever done business with and the process was super quick! I went to this store to get tech assistance. Should have been a really simple answer/fix. The employee I worked with was only interested in selling me an upgraded plan, and not assisting with my problem. He talked down to me, and didn't answer my questions. Honestly, this experience is making me strongly consider leaving Verizon, even though I've been a customer for decades. Very unsatisfied.
