I am in a different country and I have been trying to cancel my Verizon plan. My phone number doesn't work here and Verizon has been no help. My mom tried to help me by going into the store and having them talk to me on her phone and the guy in the store was EXTREMELY rude to her. He kept cutting her off when she tried to explain my situation. She asked him to be patient and he said, "You're not very patient." This is literally why I left the US. You are working in CUSTOMER service. Serve the customer politely. Verizon makes it so difficult to do anything and they are overpriced. Don't use Verizon and don't go to this store.

After reading poor reviews, I understand. Less than a month ago, my wife got a $1,000 phone, and I got a $1,300 phone on the same day. The salesperson couldn't tell me anything about how to use the stylus except to say that it would work as a remote for taking pictures. When I further inquired about it, he replied (complained), "I guess I'll have to read up." We both were disappointed with the salesperson.
After running into new-firmware usage and connectivity problems, I returned, and Toula helped me. She solved an annoying problem was so, so patient with me. She even went outside, in the 106-degree sun, to my truck to solve those problems. Even though she would not receive a commission for selling, she spent much time (about 4 mins) with me and never asked my name or phone number!
She was outstanding and really seemed to care for me. I just wish that she had sold us the phones.
Today, the manager was great, too.
We have been loyal Verizon customers for more than 16 years!

(I can't get back up in these comments in order edit my comments above, so I'm adding more comments about our disappointing salesperson here.
During the sales, not all of the apps transferred properly on my wife's phone, and the salesperson totally dismissed this issue. This problem caused major time consuming issues for her having to contact vendors, etc.
Toula spent 40 minutes with me, not 4 minutes.
In the future, Toula will be the staff we return to!

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Verizon. I visited the store with my 5-year-old daughter to troubleshoot an issue with her tablet's connectivity. While waiting for assistance, my daughter needed to use the restroom. When I inquired about a restroom, I was told that it was not available for public use. While I understand this policy for non-customers, I was surprised and disappointed that this was the case for a paying customer with a young child. This lack of accommodation left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.
To make matters worse, when I requested to speak to a manager or get the names of the employees involved, I was met with resistance and a dismissive attitude. This further compounded my disappointment and left me feeling completely unheard.
I was also hoping to add two additional lines to my account, but this experience has made me reconsider my decision to continue with Verizon. I believe that customer service is paramount, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations. I hope that Verizon will take steps to address this issue and ensure that all customers, especially those with young children, feel welcome and valued.

Tried to close all of our accounts in store since this is a corporate one, was told to call customer service. The reason I went in store is to get help, since the customer line was unable to help. Sat there for an hour on the phone, and they couldn’t help either. Was treated poorly because I’m pulling 72 lines, and they wonder why we are leaving? No more account reps, and the business advisor is too busy to help from the back room. Glad to move to T-mobile.
Update: Sergio at the Superstition Springs mall location was able to help me in less than five minutes. All he did was ask how he could help and then did. AMAZING service, so if you need help go to 1438 S Power Rd #102 Mesa Az 85206 instead of this location.

I checked in and waited here 15 minutes for them to tell me just to go do it online when the person that checked me in told me they could do it for me. But I’d also be charged a fee, for a free service. A bunch of lazy kids here.

Apparently they only carry $100 so I can’t get a refund on my phone I just bought despite Verizon themselves saying that’s stupid and they should have enough money
Reply to them: ur useless response is noted, carry enough cash so I can return my phone, I’m not gonna give yall a phone then wait 12 days for a check and 100% not getting it credit to my account when I plan on canceling my plan cause how useless yall have been

We came here today at Virizon 2:15pm and trying to close our account because we are going out of the country for a year and Justin was the one who help us. His not very helpful at all and not friendly!! Worst customer service we ever had in Virizon. Justin would rather talked to his co worker than helping us. We have been with Virizon for a long time and this is very disappointing customer service.

My experience was truly outstanding and by far surpassed my expectations of how I thought it may have turned out! Just FYI, something is not a "free 30 day trial" if you put it on the customer's bill and promise it will magically come off when they return it in one week only to fully process the charge. Your "free 30 day trial" cost us money and cost us over an hour of various convos with customer service trying to get our bill corrected. Thanks a bunch!

I went in for a case and a screen protector. I waited a bit. They got me what I wanted and even put the screen protector and case on my phone.
