My whole Verizon experience has been absolutely terrible. Initially when I went into the store to pick up my phone they couldn't find my order. So I had to go through the whole application process again. The customer service at Tempe Market Service reminded me of the segregated south. My phone was shipped today, however it's not the phone I wanted so I came in to exchange it at the Chandler store on Frye Road. But that was after going to the store on Mcclintock and being told they were not a corporate store and couldn't help me. I spent an hour plus on the phone with customer service which was a waste of time. I'm here at the Store on Frye, and they want to charge me $50 because the seal on the box was opened. However I've had the phone less than an hour and it's never been turned on. This fee is economic manipulation, it's robbery. I would never be a customer or use Verizon. They are a big plantation. No customer service, respect or value.

Excellent customer service! I'm not sure why this branch doesn't have better reviews but we have always gotten very helpful, professional, friendly service here.

I love waiting 15 mins telling an employee a couple arrived before me only to have another lady come in after me and get helped before me.
I came in shopping for a new provider because T-Mobile raised my rates. I guess Verizon wasn't interested in having me as a customer.

Zach, the Sr. Manager at this location helped me with my phone. I could receive text messages but my text mesaages i was sending weren't being delivered. He had me in and out in 10 minutes and took care of the issue for me! Thank you so much!! ??

I had a terrible experience w/our transition and later the break down of my bill. I went into the store TWICE…still no answers. Finally on my 3rd attempt a representative Aaron was not only patient , but extremely helpful and kept trying to find solutions and get answers. Customer service is not what it use to be, so its nice when representatives like Aaron reflect the leadership.

Man ZACH n CONNOR were fantastic I went in there with little hope and walked out there happier then I could imagine. I locked myself out my phone and they sat there and tinkered with my phone to see if they could help and they got it to work! They were able to factory reset my phone. Honestly so great full for the kindness and patience they showed me THANKS GUYS!!!
