Go see Diego. He was personable and efficient. Knowledgable and polite. By the time we were done he was on a first name basis with my son. We enjoyed taking care of what I thought would be an inconvenience. It ended up being a highlight of our day. Thx Diego

Diego at Verizon was extremely helpful. I appreciated talking to someone at Verizon who knew every aspect of the business. He helped me stay a Verizon customer.
