Alex was very patient with us as we traded in our 4 watches and 4 iphones and upgrading our plan service. He was calm and answered all of our questions. John was not truthful to me about the promotional process of trading in a phone. He advised I would get $440 off a new iPhone 14 and that I could pay it off at a later time. Upon going to pay off the remaining balance I was told that if I did it in full I would not get the 440 off. I’m frustrated that this information was not related to me and even hidden from me. It felt like John was just trying to make a commission sale.

Have been to a few Verizon stores and finally found one with the best customer service rep... (John), straight to the point, was quick and his knowledge on the product was A+++, I will be a customer of his for life.... The cell phone industry definately needs more guys like you.... to whomever this concerns, John needs a raise, please do everything in your power to keep him at this Verizon....Thank you John for the great service!!
