I wish I could give multiple reviews. We loved Dr. Stephanie Martin, she was great, knowledgeable and sympathetic. After 3 second trimester losses she was able to make a diagnosis and I am now 37 weeks pregnant. She got me on all the medication I needed and even has me seeing a rheumatologist for further care after the baby is born.
On the other hand.. my medication was supposed to change once I got towards the end of my pregnancy, I set up an appointment with Dr Elliot to follow up on my ultrasound and to also discuss my medications, I was told I would need another referral from my Ob to discuss anything with me further, I had to argue and ask to speak to multiple people just to get a telehealth visit to go over the ultrasound that THEY took and go over the medicine THEY prescribed. Dr Elliot was in a rush to get me off the phone and did not address all my concerns. I called a week later to see where my prescriptions were that I had discussed with dr Elliot and the front office told me if he hadn’t sent anything in then that meant he did not want me to continue that medication. After leaving multiple messages and not receiving any response, I was thankfully able to get ahold of my rheumatologist that dr Martin referred to me and she was able to assist me with what Valley Perinatal failed to do.
Front staff is very childish. There are a few really great US techs there but it’s rare that you get one. A note to all the second time mothers, if you have a child with you for your visit, they will not see you and they don’t care how far you drove to get to their office or that you had been waiting in for over an hour to be seen. Just a fair warning since this is something they do not disclose until you get there.

I have had great Experience with this location, staff are nice the very open To needing to reschedule appointments and they are very understandable thank you for your hospitality

This office is absolute trash! It's unfortunate that they are the most referred to in the valley. The ultrasound techs are very rude and incompetent. If I had not been there with my sister for her anatomy scan, her cervical length check would've been completely wrong. As a ultrasound tech myself l had to be like wait you didn't measure that correctly. My sisters short cervix would've been missed and who knows what would've happened.
The tech was also rude at the follow up appointments. I made sure I took the time to go to everyone after the first incident. What is the requirement for getting a job here? Like it's ridiculous that on top of being rude, they don't even know how to do their job.

I called the office managers after this happened and no one has returned my call so I am leaving this review. I went to get an anatomy ultrasound scheduled for an hour at this location. I had a tech named Vickie. She was the most rude ultrasound tech I've ever met in my entire life. Making sure to jab at me every time she could about my weight and how she wouldn't be able to see much because of it. I asked if I could move position or anything like that to try and get better pictures and she pursed her lips at me and said "I've been doing this for 35 years it's not going to work". When I walked out of the room to use the restroom she then proceeded to tell my sister that I shouldn't be having kids because I have had 2 c sections and it's dangerous. I walked in at the back end of this conversation and let her know that my provider is aware and checks on what they need to, to make sure I have a safe delivery and child. When I got back up on the table she told me she'd been working on me for over an hour which was not true. I walked back at 245 and it was only 315. She rushed me out and refused to try to do anything to find what she needed for the anatomy scan unless it was the way she said. I have never been treated so horribly at a doctor's office let alone something that was supposed to be exciting. I will not be returning and letting all of the people who are expecting to not go to this provider.

Everyone here is so great! I’ve been to two locations and the front desk staff, nurses, sonographers, and doctors have been fantastic. Everyone gave me their undivided attention, answered all of my questions, and treated me with respect. I walked in anxious but walked out with peace of mind.

I was referred here two reasons in the last 6 months. The office is very supportive and they answer every single question or concern you have. Sometimes the wait is long but I would rather wait and have confidence in the information they gave me than waiting and feeling rushed out the door and not cared about. I believe I had met Dr. Elliot and Sophie, Both answered any and every question I had. I’m so relieved that Dr Sophie had redid my labs after telling her my concerns and re-advising my care plan. I feel more comfortable and confident with the rest of my pregnancy.

I was referred out by my OB to get a more in-depth anatomy scan and I Really enjoyed my first visit here. All the staff was very friendly and pleasant. I did get here pretty early , my app was at 2 and was asked to arrive at 1:30, but I did all my check in paperwork ahead of time on my phone. Got there like at 1:25 and didn’t get seen till almost 2:20 , so I waited longer than I hoped .. but besides that all all went great . The Ultrasound Tech was very nice and thoughtful, talked to me throughout the whole session and explained to me as we looked at each area of my baby . Will definitely be looking forward to my next visit .

I was referred here from my Obgyn Dr. Gottfried and I cannot express how great they are here! The front desk ladies have great customer service and the ultrasound tech did a fabulous job and on to the last step with our consultation with Sophie Jess she answers the questions I needed to reassure and great advice for my pregnancy! Loved my experience here ?
