Worst customer service! I had a small box wrapped up and ready to send out. I waited in line for 20 minutes and once I got to the USPS worker, she told me I needed to physically print the label on the box. I am an Ebay seller and ship out stuff ALL the time, so I know this to be untrue. I don't argue and I go print the label on the box. I get back into line and wait again. I get another person and they literally scolded me and said "why would you print the label on the box"? I explained that I was just told by the person working right beside them they told me to print the address on the box. The male USPS worker started squawking about doing his job so I snatched the box right out of their hand and told them I would go somewhere else. This post office SUCKS and their staff have zero clue how to do their jobs and actually look for reasons not to work. Don't go here!

Incompetent package losers who don’t know what they’re doing and couldn’t care less. I think out of all the poorly managed government programs, this is one of the worst. What a waste of tax dollars.

Jorge was unbelievably friendly! It was a busy day and he sparked conversation with every person while being quick, efficient, and thorough. He helped verify the address I was sending important documents to and I was so appreciative after a chaotic day.

Postal workers are always pleasant and accommodating. They sell packing tape and greeting cards. Very convenient.

Dropped off a package in person almost six months ago at this location, it has been stuck on Label Created status as if I still have the order when I dropped it off on June 28th. Because of the package never being scanned, I can't even file a claim for my lost package. This negligence is leaving the impression that my business is fraudulent when I'm always prompt with shipping.

Friendly and efficient staff. I like that I can use the postage machines if I need to buy stamps after business hours.

Employees don't care at all. I've had a PO box there for years. Every year their employees care less and become more rude. They obviously know there is nothing you can do about it.

I've been an ebay seller 17 years. I've been at this chandler address over 7. They constantly do not pick up on scheduled days leaving me to deal with complaints from cusitmers as well as my account gets dinged gor late shipping.. I think it's time to finally switch to UPS. I spend over 40k a year with these guys. You would think maybe I'd be a small priority, but no. It's a shame as I hate switching companies. I can't believe you guys couldn't just pick up my packages. It's an everyday thing. Whatever.

I put in a mail forward request 2 weeks before I moved. I filled out the form and showed my ID as requested. My mail was being forwarded and I was advised to wait 10 days to receive. I never received my mail. I went back to this post office on 3 separate occasions and spoke with a supervisor. It literally felt like he was making up excuses throughout the entire conversation. He proceeds to tell me that my mail forward was cancelled because I didn’t provide identification when I did. But he couldn’t tell me where my mail was for the past 45 days. So he proceeds to recommend that I have my mail held and pick up. I came to pick up my mail (two weeks later) and there was 1 item. He proceeds to tell me that my hold timeframe was too long, after he recommended it, and proceeds to tell me to submit a mail forward request. Still have no idea where my mail is for a two month period. No accountability whatsoever. Many processes are broken internally. This is the worst post office I have ever delt with. Beware!

I print my own postage at home and rarely have to deal with any of the front end postal workers- so I can't give my opinion on them. However I have two gripes.1. This is the only post office I have been to that locks their large in-door parcel drop box after "closing" (front end workers end of shift) time.Other post offices leave it unlocked 24/7 so you can drop off your mail at any time. Why even leave the front doors unlocked if you can't drop off your boxes? Don't say its for the letter drop offs, because there's 3 bins outside you can use. This is a nice area, there is no reason to lock the bins every single day- besides, I hear you guys in the back, if it's full just switch the baskets, thought I'm positive it's not full every single time I come in (Which is often, as I sell items online)2. My P.O. Box. The way they notify you that you have extra mail that doesn't fit in the bin is very tacky, it's a long piece of paper with other boxes/times scratched off- but sure do what you need to do. However, every time I get one of these and I come in to pick it up, they have not been able to find the parcel. We stand there for 30 or so minutes of them coming back and forth telling us they are still looking- then they take our information down and NEVER call us back. So basically they "lose" your parcel along the way.Wild.I wish this wasn't the closest Post Office to me.

We’ve ordered medication for our cat from a Canadian Pharmacy for the past year with a couple of issues. But this last time the medication was right there at the post office in Chandler ready to be delivered just 2 miles away, but sent back to Canada stating “insufficient address”I did go over the shipping address with the pharmacy and they assured me that address was on the label so no idea why it was sent back. Now our cat will be without her medication and I had to reorder it. Let’s hope it gets here this time.
