These people are incompetent. I have multiple times caught them illegally handling my mail, delivering to wrong address, refusing to deliver stating “issues” when there were zero issues. What a joke, I don’t understand why USPS is even still around, they are total garbage workers and garbage humans. Complete disregard for their job and your valuables. Beware, I spent months and months trying to track down an expensive package that was signature only …they ILLEGALLY signed MY name to deliver, then left outside the wrong house. Just now, they refused to deliver stating “issues”…the mailman was too lazy to walk to my door so I had to spend an hour tracking down my packaging.

Hours are incorrect. It wasn't even 4p.m. and they are closed. I've had multiple occasions on weekdays that I try to come in to send out a package and they are closed before 4p.m. or even sooner.

Worst post office workers ever. I get a letter in my mail box saying sorry we missed you. When I was home all day and been waiting for a check. So I look at the cameras. The postal worker never even came to the door.

This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with and I've lived in many places over many decades.
Begining to believe the carrier is stealing or purposely NOT delivering Important mail. I've had two pkg of checks and many bills from city and govt agencies Not make it to my mailbox. I've had others mail delivered to me so much as well. It is a huge problem with everyone in my community. I have personally went in and talked to the postmaster TWICE, all he did was have a bright slip saying 'attention' and my name only added to my box. This STILL doesn't stop others mail or ensure I get my mail. Really rediculous!!
Judging from all the negative reviews and no responses USPS does not care at all

Certified mail required signature isn't being delivered to my door. Instead, notices stating "sorry we missed you" is being left in the mailbox. When I called Chandler location on AZ Ave, spoke to supervisor Erica G, she advised there's over 400 units in the area and they don't have time to deliver them to the door. I explained that's not what the notices says. You're falsely stating you attempted to deliver and no one was home which I'm home and my son's, home. She said they should change the notices but there's nothing that can be done. Not everyone has a car or has the availability to go the post office. This isn't the 1st time. I've filed a complaint to the Postmaster two other times within 12 months. Erica basically is stating not their problem. Leaving us to figure out how to make the time to go there and if we don't have a vehicle find a way. I guess it's not their job to deliver mail to the door that requires signature. Then they wonder why people choose other carriers.

This employee must be having a bad day because why did he throw the package down like that. Luckily nothing but the box was damaged.

Scanners never work. I went this morning and no one was there which was odd and irritating. Don’t open if there’s no one to help customers.

I've been to this location a couple of times, and each time, the employees did a phenomenal job. They were friendly and professional. We had an appointment for passports, and the lady who helped us did an awesome job

FARIDA is your worst employee and it would serve our community better having her not work with customers. Personally, I am sick of dealing with passive aggressive people. She used all of your customers frustrations against them by making us all wait longer by asking ridiculous questions which have no bearing on the transaction or ones which don't even need to be asked in the first place. We deserve better than waiting a half an hour only to be harassed by some employee on a power trip. I have NO faith my package will even arrive. I should have just waited longer in line to get another worker which, I suggest anyone reading this to do just that. It took her getting thru one customer in the time that it took the employee next to her to do 3. She either doesn't know what she's doing or is one of those people who just loves making others miserable. My guess is the latter.

Since Covid 19 they refuse to deliver packages! Forcing people to stand in long lines at the post office to get the package. Might as well cancel all mail carriers and make people go in to grab the mail.

I’m not sure who handles my route/delivers to 85286 but they need reevaluated if not fired. Every package that I have ordered since moving here that is delivered by USPS never makes it to my apartment, yet they are always marked as delivered. I don’t have this issue with any other company or service. I have a doorstep, a mailbox, and a parcel locker and somehow I never get any of my USPS packages. Not only that but when USPS DOES leave packages for the residents in my complex, instead of taking them to someone’s doorstep or leaving a notice at the door, they leave larger packages on the GROUND outside of the mailboxes/parcel lockers, where literally ANYONE could just pick them up and walk off with them (see photo, I have seen this multiple times). I would not call this a “secure” location as they are obligated to provide when completing a delivery. If the apartment complex office won’t accept it, and you’re not going to take it to someone’s door, simply put it back in the truck and don’t mark it as delivered. Not only that, but the one time they did leave a slip at my door for a package that was too large for them to deliver apparently (it was 40 lbs), I called them and asked them to hold it for me so that I could come pick it up in person the next day. They said they would hold it, no problem. When I went to the USPS office the next day, they had shipped my package back. I spoke with the managers and they couldn’t understand themselves why it was shipped back because it was marked in their system to be held.Overall, this is the worst experience I have ever had with any USPS, purely due to this location’s delivery services. Like I said, I’m not sure who’s handling that side of things, but someone at the Chandler USPS office needs reevaluated.
