Scanners never work. I went this morning and no one was there which was odd and irritating. Don’t open if there’s no one to help customers.

I've been to this location a couple of times, and each time, the employees did a phenomenal job. They were friendly and professional. We had an appointment for passports, and the lady who helped us did an awesome job
