the female associate (short with long black hair) working the dressings rooms on may 24 was very rude and unprofessional. she said only 1 person could be in the dressings rooms at once which is fine if true, but my friend and i saw 2 girls coming out of one stall. she claimed she didn’t know but if that was the case wouldn’t any associate following the rules check to see where the second girl with clothes disappeared to? keep the same energy.

I love this location and I come here all the time but today December 18th at 1100 I came with my sister and nephew and my nephew was dancing to a banger (he’s 2) and the male employee at the front looked over and gave us the nastiest look because he was excited. He wasn’t screaming but he was just trying to jam. You don’t have to like kids but you don’t need to make customers feel bad for having them.

I don't understand their appeal. It has a warehouse-like design with metal and wood which is what I would otherwise associate with discount but their fashion just seems so mundane.

I love the sale items they have here. I’m from the East Coast so I usually can’t find a lot of black but it seems there’s a lot of black tops in Arizona probably avoided because of the heat but it’s great to be able to bring it home and put it to use in my cold weather zone!

If the employees are buying their clothes here, they will definitely be spending their whole paycheck at these prices.This store has variety of apparel, accessories, gadgets, novelties, decor and household goods that would fill a trendy dorm or apartment. From music records to lamps to hats, the look and vibe of the merchandise ranges in age from teens to thirty-somethings.This legendary clothing store has been providing stylish threads since I was a teen back in the 90s. I couldn't afford it then and can't afford it now! Looking cool is going to cost more than rent, so you have a decision to make, kids; do you want to be naked and have a roof over your head, or be homeless and fashionable? But the trend is to look homeless (again) anyways, so what does it really matter?The clothes here are priced in line with places such as PacSun and Tilly's. So be ready to make a dent in your bank account.

I purchased an item 3 days ago and it didnt work out for me so i came in to return it. i was told it had already been returned somehow (which is impossible cause it was my closet still in the bag for 3 days untouched with the receipt) and that they couldnt give me the product back or my money back. so basically theyre stealing from me. ive never heard of a business/company do this before and find it very unprofessional. Had to fight back tears as the manager told me there was nothing i could do about it and i had just lost my money and product. i wont be shopping here anymore if this is the policy.

Urban Outfitters is my favorite place to shop for clothes. To be fair, the prices are higher than other store. However, you don’t just pay for the material but also the design. You can see the designer’s mind behind every designs and not just mass product “fast fashion” like other store.
