I came in for a simple Amazon return and was created with the friendliest team ever! This may be the most friendly UPS store in the Southwest. I came in fairly exhausted but somehow left laughing with a smile on my face. Thank you ladies!!

was at this location trying to make an Amazon return, and the girls working here—I have no idea how they got hired—have zero customer service skills. My husband was stuck because the computer wasn’t working to print the return label, and they refused to help, maybe because he doesn’t speak English well. They just stayed behind the counter talking nonsense. When I got upset and asked what I could do, they only said the computer was broken and didn’t try to find any solution. The service was terrible—absolutely awful.

So unwelcoming staff. Could have done better in accepting shipment with Return id/number. She said she needs the QR code for sure. I understand QR code for the machine there. But, human can’t accept shipment with other details is interesting.

Everyone who works at this location has always been so helpful, professional, and kind. I only got to this location because the location is convenient, it is super quick and the employees up front have always been awesome.

I've been paying for a private mailbox here for almost 6 months. I've never received a single piece of mail, despite people telling me they've sent me thing. I've brought this up to the front desk multiple times and for the first time today, someone explained I need to fill out a change of address form through USPS. I've missed out on holiday cards, birthday cards, tax forms/documents, employer verification requests, and countless other important pieces of mail. I am in tears over this. Unfortunately all of my business info is attached to this address so I can't just easily close my box and go elsewhere. This is heartbreaking and I really feel that I deserve a full refund for the last 6 months since they so carelessly left out such a crucial detail when I was signing up for this box.

Very rude attitude from manager Nia. Kellen was not much better. Travel a little further and go to another store down the street. Unprofessional. They don’t want to help customers. Outrageous attitude for no reason.

Felt really disappointed to experience quite rude and unhelpful behavior from the staff members here. It felt like the indirect message from them was “why are you here and never come back to this UPS store again!!!” Never had this experience at any other UPS stores ever.

This is not a facility to perform any type of scanning or copying. Definitely will drive a few extra miles to a business who can accommodate these basic needs.” A one stop shop” I needed to scan a document to my email and made the attempt but it wouldn’t go through. When I ask the store clerk why my scan did not go through she rudely said” Well you would have known that you CAN NOT send scan documents to your email if you would have asked” Isn’t this a self help copy/scan/fax machine asked? Never again!!! Staff was rude !! Go elsewhere !!

Very bad attitude and making faces when taking returns. Very disrespectful staff and arrogant. Haven’t seen this before in this location. Hopefully this store gets better staff who have respect for customers and not show attitude to take returns. Very bad customer service.

Great service and the employees are pleasure to work with. Have had to ship several large packages overseas and Z and N worked very hard, diligently, and patiently to find best and most economical way to accomplish this.

Another great experience with this store & their staff! They printed Hamilton High School’s stadium banners for all of this year’s football sponsors and the quality was amazing! Thank you to their folks for helping us not only with printing but formatting, color correction, & lots of hand holding along the way! We appreciate you and so do the Hamilton Huskies!
