The staff was nice. But the operations are terrible. I had a simple task of printing out some flyers and they couldn’t do it. The computer was broken so the manager had to help print them out in the back but then their printer broke. Wasted 45 minutes waiting around just for them to give me a refund and send me away. Frustrating experience.

This location is terrible. Rude customer service and often closed during what they claim are normal business hours. I’ll go out of my way to find another location before I’d come here.

If I could give a negative score I would. After watching the associate basically throw the ladies order who was in front of me, he was absolutely rude, mean and disrespectful to me so much to a point had to walk out and go to another ups who had no problem helping me! The customer service was appalling.

Went to print a simple PDF, and was told I had to pay extra to use their computer in addition to the printing costs. I had my own computer, USB and ability to print wirelessly, all of which they said wouldn’t work unless I paid to use their computer. It’s 2024, time to update your printing methods please.

Bella B. Went out of her way to help me package my return and it was not easy, she’s awesome! Customer Service is non existent most places but not at the UPS store on 4939 w ray road ste 4 in Chandler AZ keep that girl as long as you can 😊

The young woman that works here was extremely rude and aggressive towards me. This place used to be a nice place, but that one employee makes me dread coming here.

I needed to ship a piece of furniture across the country and was gathering quotes for moving. The UPS store was not only the best quote, but the customer service was personalized and unparalleled! They built a custom crate for me and offered a good shipping rate.

Horrible customer service. Young gal working there refused to make eye contact. She appeared sullen and spoke minimally. Her words were very negative in origin (I don't need that, only this) and with attitude. When I left, I suggested that I hoped she had a better day. She mockingly said the same to me and continued to mouth off as I left. As I got in my car, she stormed out of the store and slammed one of the papers I'd left (the amazon scan code) onto my car. Truly sad.

Store hours are 8am - 6pm, but store didn’t open till 8:30am. Several people in line waiting for the store open.
