We have a wheelchair lift equipped RV. United Access installed the Q-Straint wheelchair lock in the front passenger position for my wheelchair. Works great, never had a problem.
We DID have a problem with the wheelchair lift that had been installed by the Winnebago factory in 2008 when the RV was new, we've only had it for a couple years.
We managed to get the lift working before our appointment, but the automatically opening lift door was acting up.
Our technician John worked on the door all day until it was opening and closing perfectly, something it has never done the whole time we've owned it. It took finesse and knowledge and a work ethic to do the job better than I had any right to expect. And, since the RV is so big, he did it out in the blazing Arizona summer sun.
We couldn't be happier with John's work and Scott's willingness to have him working on a weird project for us.
If you are looking to purchase a vehicle with accessibility improvements, and then want it serviced, United Access is where you should go.

Visited the Chandler site to get information about a mobility van I am purchasing in Wisconsin. Even though Allen (Kapugi) knew he would not make a sale, he spent an hour helping me understand what options were available and how to make the right choices. We purchased a van using the advice he gave and are extremely happy with our purchase. Thanks to the Chandler United Access and we will refer you to our friends.

I got my 2020 GMC Sierra modified here about 3 years ago and they did aWonderful job. They are very good about giving out their personal numbers in case something breaks down or you have a problem with your modifications. Allen is always polite and will great you with a smile whenever you go. Blake is the man that gets things done, I once called Blake because my seat got stuck right as they were closing and he was nine enough to come by after working off the clock and came to my house and fixed the issue so my truck would not be stuck wide open until the following Monday when they reopened. Scott is a good man too and makes sure the whole operation is running smoothly. I would recommend this company to anybody who needed the accommodations they provide. Class Acts! My father recently passed and they were very honest letting me know I could sell for more privately then selling to them. Further, they let me know a few key things about how to sell privately, just to be nice. When businesses are honest and go out of their way to help people, its really is nice! Scott Stowees is a mensch.

Teamwork and response time fabulous! Super cooperative and communication between Brit, John, Linda, Cliff in various different locations was flawless and pleasant. It resulted in Blake coming on site and fixing the valet seat which was stuck sticking out of the van. We are super impressed and will recommend United Access highly.
