My sister bought a pair of shoes online using my card and then she changed her mind. I took it back to the store to get my money back. I sort of liked the color of that shoes so I tried to purchase it in my size online. I couldn't find the size that I was looking for. I decided to go back to underarmour store couple days later and give that pair a try if it's still available .I thought i may find it in my size in different places in case they don't cary my size in their store . However the manager Alex was very pissed bc i came back to try it out.I had to give it back to him due to his attitude so he won't cry out loud. I am PAYING FULL price for that shoes if I were to fit in it Alex.!!!!You have no right to question me about anything!!. I had to leave my shopping bag and get out of the store.. I was very uncomfortable with his interrogation. He wanted to know the reason that I came back and the reason of me trying it on!!! It is not your freaking business to question me.. I am very disappointed with the customer service throughout my shopping experience in that store and his manners . I hope that would be addressed!!

Vanity, Tati, Chris H, and Chelsea. All were super amazing, helpful, funny and generous with their time.
Chris H gave me expert advice on footwear that definitely stepped up my game.
Tati provided honest opinions on what looked good and complimented my body type ( I’m a SUPER CUDDLY ).
Vanity and Chelsea helped me with my online purchase and other in store purchases.
Total team effort.

This store was fantastic. Met at the door by 2 super friendly sales reps trying to help me. The men’s selection of clothes was varied and wide — everything from dress casual shirts and slacks to workout and performance clothes. UA quality is as good as any products on the market and in many cases far better! This store provides a great opportunity to obtain great products at great prices while getting professional sales help!!!

First of all, the staff was incredibly rude. I purchased a bra without a tag; the staff got another size on the shelf to scan it for purchase. Despite being unable to try it on at the store, I was assured it could be returned. Fast forward two weeks and the first two associates seen advised I could exchange. The clerk at checkout advised there was “no white tag,” so it couldn’t be placed back on the shelf.The manager also cited the same thing yet online orders don’t have their white tag and are returned all the time. While I purchased this in person, I pulled it up on the website so they could see all the info, showed my credit card receipt, but they said they couldn’t even do a store credit bc there’s “no white tag.” DO NOT purchase anything from this store unless you’re 100% positive it fits.

I do not like stores that get involved in politics or religion. I do not like some of the positions the corporate entity has taken and it would be better if they just stayed neutral. The people can do what they want but could the corporation please just stay neutral so that anybody can go there without feeling like they are buying from a place they couldn't possibly like if it were a person.

EXTREMELY friendly staff. I was in the store, not knowing what I was going to get, and they showed me everything I wanted to see. They got stuff down for me because I'm short. When they didn't have my size, they explained that I could order it and it would be delivered at no extra charge. A great experience. Well done people.
