Came to fill my propane for my RV, I need 9 gallons of propane. Man says they only have 20 left and refused sale. UHaul down the street is more reliable, if you have an RV and need propane in the area I say go there as they have no discriminatory issues selling propane to RV folx.

Got the dog food I have on repeat delivery and it hasn't been coming in a box and because of that the dog food has more powder in it from the dog food being destroyed! The one bag was open and the other bag wasn't even the right food. I'm going to cancel my subscription oh oh I just found out I'm being charged full price vs the discount price for having the subscription. That adds up. So much for trust.

I've seen other reviews in the past that the employees here can be rude but being that it was the one location that had the product I need I was stuck going to this one. Let me start by saying I am fully aware of the hours on a Sunday, most business close early so while it was a incredibly annoying to drive up with over 20 minutes before close and have a female employee walk outside to tell me "just so you know we close at 7", I wasn't offended. They want to go home too, I get that and respect that; however, there's an appropriate way to communicate that and the tone was rude- there was no greeting and I was followed into the store and peppered with questions asking what I need. Can I not walk to the aisle without you? Not looking for anything I buy the same product every couple of months I know where it is and would have asked for help had I not. I grabbed a couple of items for the dogs all from the same exact section and was glanced at the stack of dog beds on the way back to the front. It has now only been 5 minutes since walking in. I know this because the sooner I can grab what I need, the sooner I can gtfo before my toddler-who refused to nap since he loves to make Sundays that much more enjoyable- is teetering the fine edge of an atomic meltdown or an atomic meltdown combined with the ever so loving pterodactyl scream that all parents enjoy so much. You know, the one that feels as though your eardrums are bleeding? In other words there wasn't any lollygagging on my behalf. It was at this point, EVEN THOUGH I'm walking literally straight to the one cash register, another female employee felt the need to ask what I'm looking for and somehow felt the need to say that the store closed in 10 minutes. Because the first female 10 feet away didn't apparently get that message across. Not sure, but that split moment of pure lack of self awareness on her behalf was as just ample enougb time for my toddler to spot the tonka trucks strategically shelved by the front register to which now the whining commenced. So thank you for that distasteful comment and tone i am not officially annoyed af. Do I look like someone who loiters? Why is that even necessary with over 20 minutes prior to close? Less than 10 minutes, sure, maybe one reminder is sufficient but over 20? I can assure you, I wanted to make that trip as short as possible like that rest of you. But it's honestly really rude and frankly annoying as hell to be reminded every couple of minutes. I wouldn't return to this location for that very reason. Stop harassing the customers, I think the message was pretty clear the first reminder as your cashier walked outside to mention this to me and two additional customers And your cashier could definitely use a tutorial on practicing normal people skills. Didn't say a word to me as I checked out. Apparently could not be bothered to hand me the bag and I had to sit there and reach down by her to get it and didn't bother to say goodbye, or thanks, nothing. Seriously, your employees at the chandler location could really use some etiquette training!

Stopped here on my way to work to fill my rv propane tanks as they're a different size than a gas grill tank. They said they couldn't fill them because of how hot it is outside and to come back after the sun goes down. Came back the next day after the sun went down and this time they said because there was heat lightning off in the distance they wouldn't fill them. I guess they just don't fill propane tanks during the summer in arizona. Never had a problem at Ace hardware so I'll continue to use them for my propane needs.

I was referred here from my dog groomers. So glad we came. Great people and nice selection of dog accessories and treats. Will definitely be back again soon....my dog loved his first visit ❤️ ?

Customer service is hit or miss. My wife has hearing problems and can't get someone to stay on the phone with her. Deaf is not overcome by yelling or speaking quickly. Patience and listening are key factors. Having up on a customer is never the answer.

If you are shopping for boots go somewhere else. They have destroyed them all by punching anti theft devices through the leather on both boots. This creates a weak spot which could result in a tear.

This was a great store! Very clean inside. Came here to browse and found the leftover Christmas section. All the Christmas items were 40-60% off. Found myself a cute Christmas decoration at 60% off. There was no line. I payed and was out in no time. I had no issues or problems here whatsoever!

Visited the Chandler, AZ store today. I asked one of the two girls on the floor where an item was located. She pointed me to an area in the back of the store.. I went into that area and never found my item .... I looked for more help and found the same two girls talking with each other.... I asked again where the item was located. The same girl walked me toward the same area, indicated the item was down an isle and walked off. No other associates were available as I had additional, product questions. I left the store. About as helpful as a fence post in the middle of a cement pond! Definitely not the normal customer service I have received at other TS's. Thankfully there are several TS's in my area.

Came in at 6:30 on the dot with 3k cash ready to grab a trailer. Employe at the cash register and whoever talked to said it was too late and that they were "closing down". It's 30 minutes to closing time, and the transaction should take 10 minutes. Bringing my business elsewhere. Kids just don't want to work anymore...
