Towne Place is a great place to stay and the rooms are great. The service level is great with a great staff. The breakfast was standard but there are a lot of food options around the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All around a great experience.

Do not recommend this property for any stay. I had a trip interruption and was not able to make my stay due to flight being canceled. Called the hotel directly and spike to front desk attendant whom informed me that with my loyalty status (ambassador elite) and circumstances outside my control my reservation would be canceled with out penalty. Well few hours later the entire stay was charged to my card and they cited 48 hours cancelation policy. Tried for several days to contact a property manager all to no avail. Don't recommend this property.

We felt comfortable & relaxed in our suite. The amenities were perfect. Great coffee is found in the front lobby as well as a satisfying breakfast. The staff is gracious and generous.Rooms: Room 203 is spacious and comfortable. My wife had the spend the day working from our room while I was visiting an Army buddy. She said the room was relaxing and she was able to get a ton of work done.

So disappointed first room was not cleaned wet wash clothes in the shower not vacuumed. Bed not made. It head gross.2nd room. Hair. All over the shower. Was poorly cleaned. We won’t stay here again.

We had severe allergic reactions to the rooms and one of the rooms had been smoked in. I think there is black mold in there because it was coming from the bathroom. It was the worst hotels I’ve ever been to, we left right after we got up to the room and found we couldn’t stay there. They would not refund our money on either of the rooms. I will never stay at this hotel again. Robert the general manager was very unfriendly and did not care about our situation.

Great place to stay. Very clean and rooms are very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here. Staff is attentive to customers. Breakfast is included with stay. Fully equipped kitchenette in the rooms.Rooms: Comfortable and clean. Fully equipped Kitchenette in the room.Nearby activities: Navy Federal bank, Costcos, Wells Fargo, and many restaurants very close by. Dutch Bros coffee literally in front of hotel. Clean surroundings and just great over-all.

Very wonderful hotel, and the service I've received from all the employees during my time here. Everyone is so kind and was so quick to answer or help with any questions or concerns. The location is great too with restaurants and stores in walking distance. Thank you Jeremiah and Robert for working hard to ensure Towneplace stays as wonderful as it is and helping me out. ?

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I was in town for business and on my second day there I ended up in the hospital for 5 days. I was not sure when I would be discharged but every day I called the hotel to ask for my reservation to be extended they took care of it without hesitation. My last day there they even let me do a later than usual check out due to my circumstances and needing a room to see my homecare nurse. The rooms are clean, all of the staff is friendly and very attentive. The breakfast was great as well as the location. I highly recommend staying with them! In fact, I'm traveling back to Chandler next week and there was no questions where I wanted to book. Thank you for hiring kind, caring staff and providing a wonderful experience during a very stressful trip.

Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I extended my room an additional night and left in the morning I had set up for departure to rush to get my kids to school (forgot to check out in the morning). A few days later I noticed some of the pending charges in my account didn’t look right. Come to find out they extended my room 3 nights not 1 without telling me. I complained to the Assistant General Manager that I only extended 1 night and he proceeded to tell me the worker told them I said 3 which I did not. I was in an airbnb the rest of the week but they refused even to want to see the proof I was booked elsewhere. So he said he would pull the the badge swipes in the room to confirm I wasn’t there. They called me back saying someone swiped into the room every night including the two nights I didn’t authorize to extend. So someone at the hotel was accessing the rooms unauthorized (including at 11pm at night) as I wasn’t even at the hotel anymore. Which is a huge safety risk. The crazy thing is the assistant general manager didn’t care someone was accessing the room unauthorized! I asked the Assistant General Manager for his manager and he refused. He basically treated me like I was crazy. Stay far away from this hotel, they ended up charging me the 270 dollars for 2 nights I didn’t authorize or stay there and allowed someone else to access the room during that time period and not have a concern about it!

Overall, I think this is a decent hotel. The rooms are definitely out of date but clean. The air conditioner, which is a necessity in AZ, was pretty loud. We ended up switching rooms in hopes the ac would be quieter, but no luck. The elevator is also super loud, so don’t get a room next to the elevator. Breakfast has limited options but is better than some I’ve had.The saving grace for this hotel is that the staff are really outstanding. They are all very friendly and helpful. At least, they were willing to try and make our experience a little better.

I don't know what someone else was talking about saying the rooms look outdated but I enjoyed my experience, and my room was incredibly nice! And I've stayed at two other TownePlace locations and this one here being the third is DEFINITELY way better then the others!! This is one of the nicest looking hotels I've stayed at inside and out and every desk clerk I've interacted with the past few days being here has been so kind and helpful to me. Will definitely be coming back when in the area.

We had two rooms here from 7/10 to 7/14.Pros:1. We loved the front desk staff, especially Matthew!! All were very helpful and friendly but Matthew went above and beyond. Please give him a raise.2. Free breakfast. I had it twice but realized that you have to go early to get choices otherwise you get what you get.3. It's nice to have a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and a dishwasher (although we didn't use it).4. Loved having on-site laundry facilites! They have 3 washers and 3 dryers. $2 to wash & $2 to dry. It takes 30 minutes to wash and 45 minutes to dry on high heat. They have quarters at the front desk. They also sell single use laundry detergent at the little convenience store. We bought laundry detergent from Walmart across the street.Cons:1. The bed felt clean but I didn't look for dirt because I was afraid of what I would find and not be able to sleep after. I definitely didn't look under the bed or move it. They only cleaned our room once while we were here and they didn't clean our other room at all even after we requested it. 2. We ran out of toilet paper but they have some at the front desk. They also have trash bags if you need to change the garbage bag.3. The pull up on the spout to turn on the shower in the other room kept coming off. They don't have on site maintenance so some things are falling apart. The paint was peeling in our bathroom ceiling. It's an easy fix that they just haven't bothered to take care of.4. The hallways are super hot! The ac is set at 85 degrees. At least we can control the ac in our rooms. Even the lobby is hot!I'm disappointed because I expect more from a Marriott hotel. I certainly didn't expect them to not clean our room for our entire trip. I loved the front desk staff but would probably stay somewhere else if we're ever in town again.
