I understand now why this place is in such high demand. They do excellent work and only charge for what is actually completed. It is so hard to find honest establishments in this industry. Like a good dentist, they are definitely worth scheduling out for.

I had high hopes when I brought my vehicle to Top Notch Collision & Repair but unfortunately, my experience turned out to be nothing short of disappointing. After patiently waiting for more than three long months for an estimate on the repair, I was left completely ghosted by the establishment.
Despite multiple attempts to follow up and inquire about the status of my estimate, I received delayed responses from Jennifer time & time again promising to send it to me by various deadlines which she constantly failed to meet. The lack of communication and professionalism displayed by the staff here is utterly unacceptable.
Not only did I waste valuable time waiting for an estimate, but I also had to endure the frustration of being ignored and left in the dark whole time without a response. This level of disregard for customer service is inexcusable and has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of this establishment.
I would strongly advise anyone considering them for their automotive needs to proceed with caution. Their inability to communicate and their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction make them an unreliable choice for vehicle repairs. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a body shop that values its customers and their time.

I drive over. Said they are not doing estimates until January. Maybe pull your ads. What a waste of time

I understand that all businesses have internal issues, however this place needs to reevaluate how they handle insurance submission. My vehicle was repaired back in April 2022 and they just submitted a supplemental repair invoice to my insurance on 8.15.23. I no longer even have this vehicle so imagine my surprise when I see that they are submitting a new estimate for repair! When I spoke with top notch on 8.15.23 they tried to blame my insurance saying that they had submitted the supplement several times throughout the year trying to get paid. But they couldn't provide me proof of such. Sounded like a red flag right away. After speaking with my insurance adjuster, he did his job and also stated that he has been dealing with several different submissions like this from Top Notch Collision. Very bad business practice that shouldn't be allowed. Top notch was absolutely dishonest which opens the door for other bad business practices.

Very good service and reasonably priced. It was a touch-up project, and while it doesn't look perfect, it helped and came out as as expected.

The bodywork and paint was perfect. Very happy with the quality of the work. Took much longer than estimated, mainly because of waiting for parts, so can't really blame Top Notch Collision for that. But, I always had to ask for an update on the status of my car. I feel they should have sent me updates, without me having to ask.

Doesn't look like much on the outside, but this place gets the job done. Inside, the folks are very professional, and they do outstanding work. Anything from basic dings and scratches to complete body paint overhauls.

Great staff and reliable work all at a good price. The staff went above and beyond helping me with my car's exhaust leak.

Went into the office for an estimate for 2 separate issues. Later that day we reached an agreement on price and when the work would be done. We made a significant payment at this time in order to secure parts. Approx 3 days before we were scheduled to drop off the vehicle I receive a message that we are scheduled - for the week after what was agreed upon. After another conversation they agreed to do it during the original week, so the car is dropped off. Zero communication, toward the end of the week I’m told no, it won’t be ready until middle of next week. Pretty obvious there was never any intention of doing it as promised, they were doing it the following week all along.Fast forward to today (Thursday, 6 days after it was supposed to be ready) my wife and son go to pick the car up. They are told that only one of our two issues was fixed, they can’t do the other one because they lack the proper tool. It’s a foreign car and I understand the problem, but there was zero mention of this until today. We have been communicating about this for 2 weeks and today, upon pickup, we are notified that half the job isn’t done. My advice is to avoid this business at all cost, they completely failed to communicate throughout the process. Now I’m left with finding another provider to complete the job.Service: Body & Trim

Broken mirror on our Highlander needed to be replaced. Jennifer went out of her way and squeezed us in. Got us in and out in 30 min. Mirror is good as new. Great pricing too. Significantly lower than any of the other shops I reached out to. I may have found my new go to body shop.

These guys are amazing. I had a part that was on national back order and I was out a car for several weeks. The part came in a week eay and they had the part in and test driving the car within 2 hours. I got it back that night. This is the only place I bring my cars, they get it done as quick as they can and their pruces are fair.

Worse car repair shop I’ve seen in a minute. I brought my truck in to be repaired. They consistently lied about when it will be done and ability to get parts. They told me there was a national back order on a body part. But when I looked I was able to find one. Then once I had gave them the part they estimated me 2 weeks. Long Story short I didn’t get it back for over 2 more months and when it was given back it wasn’t fixed correctly at all. So I brought it in for them to fix the big squeaks and bad feeling in the truck. They held it for a week and just lubed up my springs and suspension to stop the squeak but not really fix it. So when I got it back it still didn’t work right and the mechanic lied to my face telling me the bottom spring seat for the new part was to small for the spring and that’s the noise and I can’t do anything. So after 6 months and multiple grand out of my pocket I went somewhere else. When I took it in to another shop to help with the squeak they fixed it in legitimately 24 hours. Most bolts weren’t correctly torqued and some bolts Completely off. On top of this I payed crazy prices like $27 bolts and just really rough prices for the work. Especially not quality work that I had to go behind and fix everything they did.

They do good work and are trustworthy. However they are very busy and extremely behind. Every time we brought the car in for repairs it's there for a month
