Great store, okay prices, however we waited to check out for quite a while before I was able to walk around and find someone who worked there to ring us up.

My experience here was pretty good. Got a few items. Even ones that were not made for the outlet store actual tommy H items with an added mark down. Some customers were awful here. Making such a mess. The employees handle it well

Very rude old lady. We have been shopping here since the store opened years ago and always had a nice shopping experience. Today we met an old white lady in her 50s who was so rude. We literally left everything that we wanted to buy and took our business somewhere else. It’s just not today I am not going back to the store again. Hope Tommy us a better staff selection process and recruits young and happy staff rather than old frustrated people lacking customer care attitude!

The Tommy Hilfiger Outlet store is a Good place to shop, but their are some things where the prices run close to the same price at a Department Store. So, knowing your prices will help you from paying too much.

It is really middle of the road fashion that is stiff and stuck in the 90s. The clothes aren't soft and flowing. They are fighting hard for their sad brand.

Will not be shopping here ever. As soon as my wife and I walked into the store on 5/2, we got kicked out for not wearing a mask... by an associate who wasn't even wearing his mask correctly. It was down to his upper lip, nose completely uncovered. And this is after the mask mandates have been lifted. The hypocrisy... You expect dying brick and mortar stores such as this one to be more courteous to their customers. I will not spend a single penny on this brand ever again. Amazon it is.

This was my first time in this store last week. They had some nice items and great sales. But there are a lot signs everywhere and sometimes it can be confusing. I asked Abby (the cashier) how long is the 50% sale going on. She said where do you see that? It's was right behind her. When it was time to ring me up, Abby said are you apart of the Tommy club, I said no but my mother is. A lot of the signs didn't match the price being rang up. I kept stopping her and it seem like she was getting aggravated. Then when she was finally done and giving me total, I said what about my mother Tommy club information? She said it doesn't matter. I still gave her a number and she said that didn't work. I just said forget it because I was ready to get out of there. I've had a lot of great experiences at other Tommy stores. I was hoping that it would be just the same here.
