From reading the reviews I see I am not the only one that had this issue. If you buy something from here they don’t tell you can’t return it. They will tell you they circle it on the receipt but that is after you already paid for it. So no return available anyways. I asked to the talk to the manager and she just smiled and told me no. They don’t know what customer service is I’ve spent money here in the past. I won’t make that mistake again.

I totally agree with another persons review. This store has a lot of great apparel 40-50% off and the staff is amazing. In store or over the phone the service is A1.

I loved the outlet on oahu. This one isn't bad either. Found a few shirts for my father in law. They can't get these shipped to italy. Will be back. I delt with kind employees.

This store is awesome. I visited from out of town and accidentally bought the wrong size. They allowed me to ship the product back and exchanged it at no cost. They covered the shipping charges to get the correct product to me. The sales staff actually took the time to send me pictures of multiple different items so I could pick the one I wanted to exchange for. I can't say enough about the staff and the willingness to go above and beyond for a customer. Thank you!

I have been shopping Tommy Bahama for years I went into the store. The other day and staff members were extremely unprofessional and rude. It made me feel as if they did not want my business when asking for help. It was as if I was asking for something out of this world. I ended up putting the three shirts and three pairs of pants that I was getting ready to purchase down and walking out of the store. I have never faced unprofessional customer service this bad.
