While on a cross-country trip, I purchased a set of tires from an affiliated shop in New Mexico. Much to my dismay, I discovered that the tires were defective and in poor condition. After only 450 miles, the entire set needed to be replaced. John, the manager of Tire Pros of Chandler, went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of and coordinated with the warranty department on my behalf. Tire Pros made it right and took excellent care of me as a customer.

My husband went to every tire place in Chandler for our Tesla, when I tell you this place is hands down with great customer service, best place in the East Valley! Let me tell you about John, he has the best customer service skills ever, so nice and polite. He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. He needs 3 raises! I had to come back the next day at the end of their day and even tho he had probably had a bad day from earlier, you wouldn’t beable to tell because he smiled thru it all. The tech that worked on my car (forgot his name) was super nice as well. I’ll never go anywhere else!

These guys are great. I was a loyal discount tire customer but after many issues there I’ve fully switch over. Full service shop which I didn’t realize. Matt goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. Thank you!

This place got me my car back. After have been to 3 different tire shops before them and spending hundreds of dollars, no one could fix my tire/wheel issue i had. I showed up and was met by a few very competent technicians. Donnie being the main one, he assured me that i was in good hands now. Not only did he fix my issue, but he was completely honest with me through out the entire process and walked me through what he was doing to fix my issue. Donnie puts a great face on this business and exceeded my expectations with service. They also gave me an amazing price, that others in the area would not have been able to do for me. Move forward with trust, I will not be going to any other place besides here.

Its never a good time to have a flat tire. I ran into just that problem this morning. I went to Tire Pros because of the good reviews and they are close to home. I have to say that they squeezed me in and took care of my tire in a very short period of time. They didn't even charge me. I am happy that I was able to find such a good shop in my neighborhood as I am sure that I will need them again.Service: Tires

I have unique 24" custom rims and was needing new tires fast due to a gash in my tire! Just about every other tire place told me no due to my car being an import. However, Tire Pros didn't hesitate! In fact they tried to get them in same day. They went above and beyond and had my tires ready. Took everyone's effort to put on my new rims but they were determined and didn't scratch my rims!This company gained a customer for life! I'll bring all my cars to them going forward!
