Tina did a great job on finding the perfect house for my wife and I. I highly recommend Tina if you are looking for a realtor in the Phoenix area. My family and I knew nothing about the East Valley market, and happened to visit one of Tina's open house's and hit it off immediately. As a couple they make a strong team. Doug is very personable and easy to work with. However, Tina was different....she was very nice prior to signing the listing agreement. Once the agreement was signed the attitude changed and it was curt. Curt is fine if we had seen it before and signed the agreement fully knowing what to expect. So, it was a surprise when the behavior changed. Also, if you are not a WASP, I suggest you choose someone else who respects diversity.
