Went in yesterday, the ladies here are not very friendly. The lady at the registered looked very annoyed or mad or idk but it was my first time here and the prices were ok too much Zara stuff for very high prices and overall the store is not very organized.

Dropped four bags of clothes off at the donation center. Man working in the donation area didn’t acknowledge or help me at all. No hi, no thanks, nothing. He just kept working like I wasn’t even there. At least Goodwill acknowledges and helps out. Drove 21 minutes to donate to the Salvation Army. Never again!!!!! I’ll keeping donating to the Goodwill.

No stars!!! I just had the most disrespectful and disappointing experience just a few minutes ago. Upon arriving, my husband exited our vehicle and rang the bell as instructed. No one came to the door for at least 4 minutes, mind you it is Arizona and it was 110 degrees outside. As I exited our vehicle and rang the bell for a second time, after another 3 or 4 minutes, someone comes to the door and aggressively pushes the door open which narrowly missed my face, and could’ve injured me severely. Due to this action and the worker’s perceived lack of empathy or compassion, we opted to take our gift to Goodwill. I will be filing an official complaint against the Salvation Army and this particular employee.

I usually come across great finds here, but lately, they’ve taken up 1/3 of the store in Zara clothes (at a much higher cost than the other clothing), which feels like it’s defeating the purpose of a secondhand store. I avoid this section, but it just keeps growing in the area dedicated to brand new fast fashion clothes.
Even in the summer, their jackets and sweaters remain at higher costs, which seems ridiculous in Arizona. I come here more often than Goodwill because of the deals, but it doesn’t seem to make too much of a difference anymore. They used to give out coupons and have sale days, but I don’t think they do this anymore (or at least not as often).
It would be nice to have the option to use the fitting rooms without grabbing a busy worker to unlock it.
This is still one of my go-to spots because of the options, but just a little more disappointing now with how the store is run. The employees in my experience are always super nice. It seems like profit motivation is coming more into play with most thrift stores these days.

We had a very good experience at this thrift store. There are lots of bargains to be had, and they even have quite a bit of new ZARA clothing and shoes. There are many books, quite a bit of furniture and loads of used but still good looking clothes. We were impressed with Sharon who was so very helpful. Come on over, save some money and you might just bump into me.

I went in yesterday and was very impressed by the selection and staff. The only downside is it was hard to get through clothes because it was very stuffed. Overall such a nice store and kind staff but needs a little improvement here and there! God Bless.

Overall not good. There was multiple cockroaches scattered throughout clothing and furniture.The prices were fairly expensive for a thrift store. The clothing section was were very cluttered and hard to find stuff. Very unimpressed and will not me coming back.

The store has a great selection of women's shirts. And men's/ boys clothing. I asked the girls at the front cashier to hold 4 shirts for me and they put them back away, and I had to hunt the shirts down again and cld only find 3 of them. The cashier just said " I didn't do it" and walked away. Then the girls putting the items out were keeping items personally and bringing them back to the back room to take home. I'm sure whom ever donated the items would be disappointed the staff gets first pick for free!! Was not impressed over all.

The store layout is great, people are great, prices are also great, wonderful place to shop. A variety of items that change so each time you go is a surprise.

The truth is they are not so kind and they continue to deny the ? bathroom service and that service is essential for all customers because we spend enough time there for our purchases and it is unfair to have to leave our chosen merchandise in the cart ? to have to leave. to look elsewhere for the bathroom service ? that is denied to us in our favorite store and I do not agree, this bathroom service is very necessary, please be considerate above all that in this area there are many elderly people and that is a very great need What we need is urgently please ATT to whom it may concern let's listen and thank you I hope you are reasonable and considerate my name Rosy C.
