Working with The Floor Store during our house remodel was the best choice we made! They helped us with our flooring through out the entire house and our countertops and we couldn’t be happier!
Let me start with Chris - he is beyond amazing! From start to finish he was incredible to work with and truly wanted to make sure that we were happy with every decision we were making. He was always willing to instantly help with questions or provide new options or ideas. Without his help, I know our house would not have turned out as amazing as it did! He was on top of our project the entire time (which had many moving pieces) and also made sure we met all our deadlines in place - which were very very tight. He truly provided the best customer service and highest quality of work you will find! Thank you Chris for being so wonderful!
Theresa did an amazing job with all the scheduling and communication! She always ensured that I was aware of the schedule and any details. I truly appreciated that she made it easy on me throughout every installation we had scheduled!
Rodrigo and his team installed our hardwood floors and also did an amazing job. They were so professional, respectful and the quality of their work is unmatched. The floors are truly spectacular and exceeded my expectations!
Jaime installed our counter tops - which we chose to do waterfall edges. He matched the veins perfectly, which was a major concern of mine going into the process. His quality of work is also wonderful and he truly cares about all the details.
Pedro completed our herringbone tile project and it speaks for itself. It is beautiful. But again - I have to thank Chris for this as he helped with the idea!
Overall, you will not regret working with The Floor Store! They are all so professional, respectful, easy to work with and most importantly they care! I cant say enough good things about the Floor Store. The folks in this shop really care about quality, stick by their word and do their best to deliver for clients.
I worked with the Floor Store to install new flooring and countertops. Warren was not only knowledgeable about the products but very willing to work with my wife and I to identify the right product fit (budget/aesthetic).
Teresa also did an excellent job following up with me to align on project timing and coordination of installation. It was always easy to get in touch with her.
I also added a few pictures of the new flooring & countertop. Thanks again Floor Store!

I used the Floor Store years ago and was totally satisfied so I returned again and as previously, received excellent personal service every step of the way. Sales helped us select three different products to re-floor our entire home, all at a very reasonable price. Scheduling worked with us to have the work completed in a timely fashion and was very accommodating to our schedule. Installers were very professional and highly qualified, doing a beautiful job. Final follow up made sure we knew how to care for our new flooring and were to call if we needed help. Couldn't ask for anything more from this wonderful family owned business. They take their business and your needs personally.

We wanted to have all of our flooring replaced in our 2700 square feet. The Floor Store was the third business we received a quote from. The pricing was fair, we loved that it’s a local family business and they were very good at guiding us through the process of choosing our flooring, which can be an intimidating process. There are loads of choices in their showroom! We were so happy with our results and the customer service that Chris gave us, we recently recommended our real estate clients to use The Floor Store, too, and they’re in the process of replacing all their flooring.
I highly recommend this business and I will continue to refer our family, friends and real estate clients!

The Floor Store completed a kitchen backsplash project at my home. This is a family-run business with a vested interest in how the business is run. As a result, the level of service is superior. I worked with a few different members of the team, all of whom were responsive, friendly, professional and helpful. They offered useful advice on selection of colors, tile and grout and clearly answered all questions about how the job would run, the amount of time it would take and the price. They came to my home and measured the space carefully and accurately. They provided a printed pricing sheet with line-item detail for all aspects of the project. Even after I changed the scope of the job slightly, The Floor Store quickly provided a new pricing sheet. The job was easy to schedule. There were no delays. The work was competed quickly, as estimated. There were no overruns or surprises on the final bill; the job and price remained as originally projected. Payment was without hassle. The workmanship was excellent, and the onsite crew was friendly and professional. They respected our property and kept the area very clean. One minor issue occurred after the job was complete and wasn't discovered until the following day; an electrical outlet was loose. The work team came the same day and inspected and re-secured all of the outlets and resolved the issue completely. I expect to have additional tile projects in the future and hope to work with The Floor Store on those, as well. I highly recommend The Floor Store for tile projects in the home.

I just needed a small remnant to patch a small area and Chris took time to meet with me, find a remnant that matched my existing carpet, give me some tips on how to make the patch, and gave me a little bit of padding. If I ever need to do a bigger job, I will definitely invite The Floor Store to bid on the project. They seem like a real class act.
