Very friendly staff who got me exactly what I needed quickly and efficiently along with some friendly chatter. Nice clean store and a fair price for the service provided. Carl deserves a raise for his customer service skills.

Straight up idiots. There's nothing like 4 different young folks trying to talk over one another. I got 4 different answers, so that tells me a lot. Need to be retrained on promos and deals. Do not go here. You will be ripped off. Worst customer service ever.

I am writing a review on T-Mobile that is located at Gilbert and Octillo the people that work there are Karen, Ian the store manager, Alondra, assistant manager and Carl. All 4 of these people were the most friendly informative and knowledgeable people that I have ever been acquainted with at any of the T-Mobile stores. Where I used to go I had an old Samsung phone and I needed to know to do when I purchased a new phone and took it to this location at Gilbert and Octillo. All 4 of these people were so good they listened to everything I had to say. They took my phone, they took all my information on my pictures on my everything and transfer them onto the new phone. It was very easy very nice and it was not a quick push push to try to sell me more items that I needed or wanted. I went to a different store and was not pleased I was pushed and pushed into trying to buy more than I wanted and telling me how bad a shaped my phone was in and acted like I was some senior. Neather that was not the case at all I truly will suggest and have suggested this particular T-Mobile location. If these 4 are any one of these 4 people are working there at the time that they go if not find out when they will be back there or where they have gone to. They are excellent I plan on going back to have them help me with my new case that I have purchased. Thank you T-Mobile for hiring such professionals.

I’d give Ian, Carl & Alandra 6 Stars if I could. I went in their store with a complex problem to transfer phone numbers and phones. T-Mobile‘s customer service number couldn’t solve my problem but these three did. They handled it like pros and the problem was solved in 15 minutes! Super happy customer here.

I came in on a Sunday morning at open and Caesar was right there to assist me. I had a phone from a carrier that uses T-Mobile cell towers, but they do not service the phone agreement. However, Caesar found the information I needed to access to fix the device I had. Just a nice honest experience.

The screen protectors that they sell with the plan last less than a week without fracturing. To replace them, you have to go into the store, order it to your house, then bring it in to have them install it. In the end it costs a boatload with time and fuel every time you need a new one. Very bad business practice, but that's T-Mobile for you. They are first when it comes to being 2nd rate.

I wanted a new iPhone and was told I’d have to pay a down payment of around $120. But I also had to first pay a bill for $153 before moving forward, I agreed and paid the bill. Once the bill was paid I got told that I actually have to pay $337 down payment instead. Ridiculous, if I knew that I wouldn’t have paid my bill up front and waited till my payday as usual. If I was told there was even a small possibility that the price would change I wouldn’t have moved forward at all.

Truly a remarkable team at the Ocotillo location! Cyrus is a very knowledgeable young man.... professional. Answered all our questions. Worked with a sense of urgency and at the same time very attentive. A rare gem in the customer service industry! Deserves to be recognized as I read many excellent reviews about him and the team at this store! Cyrus is truly remarkable! Thank You so much for helping us and also.... listening. His sales technique, pleasant personality, knowledge, makes Cyrus stand out from the crowd! Thank You!

I had a very bad experience at this store last week. I transferred from verizon to t-mobile. The first guy who tried to help me was selling a lower plan at a price way higher than what is on internet then when I was about to leave, his boss stepped in and proposed a discounts. The issue started when they transferred my numbers , I had to go five times to this store because of complete incompetence of the manager and two more guys. I had to call 611 to resolve a simple transfer process. Then I started the headache of very bad service even with magenta max. It has been a very bad signal so far. Their technical service gave me multiple excuses such as, tower under upgrades, I have to reset my internet connection every time i have a bad signal because the they have five towers in the area and phone get lost in getting the optimal service. All are excuses and non sense.The manager in this store and that guy, Steve, should be fired, they are not ready to deal with client yet, in my opinion.Bad experience in summary. I don’t recommend.

Needed cell phone help. They were great. Solved my problem, and off we went. We did not wait long. Went in mid-day and were taken care of in less than 5 mins. We like t-mobile and have been w them almost 10 years. I think they take decent care of their customers. Checked into other companies like Verizon but wi) stay w tmobile and their Sr Plan for now.
