Mobile “Expert” Joseph was awful. I was wanting to trade in my current T-mobile device and see what options I had as far as getting a new phone, what kind of Promotions I was eligible for etc, and to get him to HELP me was like pulling teeth. He even seem bothered to even pull up my account so I can confirm my device was paid off. He was awful, no customer service, no want to help, didn’t even SHOW me a phone let alone try to offer any solutions for me. Immediately following this encounter I switched to Verizon and got me the new iPhone 15 pro that Joseph wouldn’t bother to show me. What a joke lol. Bye t-mobile

Purchased Gaxley watches and had to go back the same day after purchasing the watches. Rep who helped us did not sell us a charger, so we couldn't charge our phones!

Customer service was A1. Very helpful and patient during the service. I was having trouble figuring out what was going on with my phone snd One of the lady’s in there helped me even when the store was about to close until it was figured out

came here to get a screen protector replaced and the lady who helped was extremely rude and miserable. i get not every job is sunshine and rainbows but at least do the bare minimum.

ZERO stars for me. Micheal made me feel uninvited, and he came off cocky and rude and gave off negative energy. The phones are locked down to get a full viewing of the devices. Logan greeted me at least, while Logan watched from afar.

Very helpful in-person support. The team is very competent in solving complex issues, specifically the store manager Logan, as opposed to T-mobile online customer care.

Came in last minute because I picked up a home internet device at an Expo today and when I brought it home it wouldn't stay on so I couldn't set it up or connect it.Dimon and Steven were very helpful in helping me set it up and fixing the problem. Their customer service was top notch ? Thanks guys.

Hello this is Anh, I’ve been to many tmobiles and this store stood out the most. I’ve had the most outstanding experience with the store manager Logan Lederhos. He was very understanding and cared very much about the costumer experience. My T-Mobile experience was easy and fast as I left the store very happy with my purchases. Thank you so much Logan!

Came in a few days ago to switch out our phones and all 3 people working didn't bother looking up from their phones to help us. We were told we had to mail our old phones out but the link to print the label wouldn't work. We called customer service and was told to go to a store to do the return. We tried to go to a different t mobile with better employees but were told to come back to the store we ordered our phones from to return our old phones and again same 3 guys didn't bother looking away from their phones. Very unhelpful, you can tell they didn't care. As if it was our problem their link didn't work and we had to figure it ourselves. They didn't bother to try to get the label for us or call anyone to help. They just kept saying "we can't do anything". So customer service number says go to the store and store employees won't help. What are we suppose to do now?

I don't like doing negative reviews. I feel like they're usually over something minor or misunderstood. This location, however, earned one from me. We went there to add a line to our service. We were greeted by a young man who wouldn't look at us. We asked him about any deals we could use, he said there were none. My daughter checked online before we came and mentioned the one she saw. The kid checked and said "oh, yeah we can use this." We asked a few more questions about the plans and phones, he just said he didn't know. We figure he was probably new, but there were two more employees just standing around watching us and they never said a word either. We wound up running into a problem that stopped the deal anyway so we cancelled and left. We went to the location on Gilbert & Ocotillo who were incredibly knowledgeable and got what we needed done.

On May 26, 2022 at around 6:15 P.M. , I went in the Chandler Mall Store (Located across from the barber shop) to quickly update my month-to-month service.There were two people ahead of me that were taking a long time. There were only two Customer Service Employees in the store. After about ten minutes, a white guy with a blond/brownish beard appeared from a room in the store. The guy was named Logan. I thought he was going to help. The store phone rang and then Logan picked up the phone and started helping the person on the phone. After the phone call, I asked Logan why he was helping the person on the phone when I had been waiting around for a while. Logan then accused me of lying saying that he (Logan) had just walked into the store and never saw me. I said I was not lying. Then Logan said that he did not need to help me and that I could leave. I told Logan that I just wanted to update my month-to-month plan. Then Logan said I could've done that by calling T-Mobile Customer Service or that I could've gone on the internet. I told Logan that I knew that. Eventually, Logan processed my request but I'm going to report him to a supervisor for being a lying a$$hole.
