Went in at 5:05 pm to pick up a phone that was sent in as a warranty replacement because my current phone will not charge. The girl that was "helping me" told me she would be happy to process the transaction and send me with the new phone but "just to be upfront, we close at 6, so are you ok with not transferring any of your data to the new phone?"Of course I want all of my stuff off of my phone!!Why would you not just close at 5 if you won't help people that come in after that? Do you turn away anyone who walks in and wants to spend $1000+ on a new phone and keep their data? Or did she not want to help me because she wasn't making a sale? Super disappointed in the customer service here.

At one time I was a strong advocate of T Mobile for cell and internet service. They stated my rates would not increase. My rate went from $100.00 per month to $115,00 per month. They claim it's doing buying charging my credit card. They want to get into my bank account with either access to my checking account or debit card. Debit card still gives them access to my checking account. With all the fraud in today's world that's not going to happen. I'm in the process of looking for other companies. Stay away from T Mobile as there is no loyalty with them. I wish I could give them a negative rating.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for years and enjoy their excellent service, promotions, and personalized service. Each customer is different and unique about their phone.I have been trying desperately to activate my phone at home but it would not cooperate! Caesar was right there to assist me as I walked in. He tried several different things to assist in activation and he did well, he gave me a customer service department number and with that, I was able to activate my phone.Thanks Caesar.

I called TMobile customer service to close my account and cancel all my lines in June 24th. The sale representative explained that I would have my service prorated and receive the refund as I already made my full monthly payment. I’ve been waiting patiently until I received my bill from TMobile with negative balance which was due to my prorated refund. After a month, I got another bill to show my watches still active but no usage. Surprisingly I was charged for watch devices even though I called to close my account in June. I made another call to TMobile customer service and requested to issue refund check. Since I already forgot my TMobile account Pin number, the customer service couldn’t help me after being hold on the phone for more than 30 minutes and asked me to stop by any Tmobile store to take care of this issue. Unfortunately when I went to TMobile store and explained to the staff my situation, he said he couldn’t do anything for me except resetting my pin. I was told I had to call customer service myself again. When he reset my pin, he also needed to call their customer service to reset it. So I requested him again to cancel my watch devices since I was in the store with him. The customer service rep overheard our conversation and also agreed to cancel my lines and spoke with me directly. After she cancelled my account, I requested to get my full refund as the bill also showed no usage. Tmobile didn’t close the account properly. I shouldn’t pay for their mistake. The sales rep on the phone was so rude and told me no refund issued to me and questioned me why I didn't call tmobile to cancel the lines. I ended up checking my phone history from my current service provider after I got home. After spending hours and hours over the phone and making a trip to the store, I finally got someone help to close my account and approve my full refund. This was a very terrible customer experience I had with this TMobile store. I won’t switch back to Tmobile for this kind of customer service.

The manager here is completely unhelpful and ignores their customers if they have a problem getting answers from staff members. Would rather stare at their work tablet and answer with incorrect information from afar instead of just getting up to help the staff and the customer resolve a problem. Poor management here

Amanda in this store had a terrible attitude. We just had some questions and we’re attempting to switch lines as we were told we could do over the phone but her attitude was more sour than a warhead. Maybe she should look into getting trained to talk to people if she is going to be in customer service.

Im so disgusted with your company for refusing to let me unlock the sprint phones I have. I could understand if there was still a sprint network operating i could use them with. I just wanted to use on tmobile but I guess instead I'll never consider using tmobile for anything.

Long story short T-Mobile billed me for an account a year later after I had closed it.One of the associate managers (Rene) spent over an hour with me, while we were on the line with customer care.He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. If I ever decide to change back to T-Mobile. I know where to go and who to speak with.This store overall is 100% the best in customer service.

This T-mobile staff, was so welcoming , and helpful, from the moment we walked in to store!Luis went above and beyond he's been so helpful on many occasions and today he really was a lifesaver. I have had an issue , with my contacts , and he solved, it in a matter of minutes. Made my day , my week , my month, he's the best!
