Alot of the car wash locations have smelly towels or none of the vacuums work. This location is close to my work and always has the best service, everything works and the customer service is phenomenal.
8/22/24 I have to update this review. I have since canceled our membership for the car wash because this is third time I've taken my car thru the wash and have soap still all over my car because none of the sprayers work. It's so frustrating trying to get the soapy film off of my car after this. Plus there was tons of dog hair all over the rags which then spread to the inside of my vehicle. The vaccums also don't work in a lot of the parking spots. With what we pay for these washes I would expect to at least have better service.

I have gone to SUPER STAR car wash at the Riggs and Arizona Ave location several times. They do an excellent job and I love how they send me coupons. They are helpful and courteous also.

This Super Star Car Wash location has really gone down hill in the past few months. I believe new management took over. The stalls are regularly out of towels, the lights are off, when open at night, and the grounds around and littered with what I think is the vacuum container garbage. The attendants also don’t pay attention when aggressively waving cars in. Hitting the rail with your tires will cause miss allignment in your car weather it’s slow driving or unintentional.

Car wash was great! But what o didn’t like was when I deposited $20 cash for an $11 car wash and was told there was no cash in the drive up machine and they would issue an $9 voucher for the next wash. Not cool. That is probably illegal and I don’t like being forced into that position. If I ever visit again I will only bring the exact change.
