Sunbird Golf Resort is a large, gated community perfect for downsizing. It is a peaceful, beautiful, and nice community with manicured landscaping, little lakes, and golf courses everywhere. The resort offers golf, tennis, paddle ball, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse. The clubhouse is a big building with a restaurant, bar, ballroom, pool tables, and other amenities. The community also has its own post office and church service. It is a wonderful place to live or visit, known for being a hidden gem with an inexpensive breakfast and fast service. The community is active, with a busy pool and many service vehicles.
Attended Sunbird's Annual Christmas Service at the Clubhouse. Very nice and to the point. A great event to Remember the Reason for the Season and meet up with old acquaintances.

Nice and well kept Clubhouse especially beautiful this time of year. Golfers always welcome. Has Post Office open to public , and Cafe for lunch.

I've lived here for almost 10 years and love it. Great amenities, great management and office staff. Sadly, I'm moving soon due to a work transfer. I'll remember my time here fondly. And if you're looking for a real estate agent, call Royal Henry. He goes the extra yard for his clients!
