The provider Joseph is very professional and Knowledgeable. She spends quality time with her patients actively listening to their health issues. She offers thorough assessment and health advice. The waiting time is reasonable. The office is clean and well organized . The staff are diligent in maintaining safety and infection prevention. Her office staff follow up with patients couple of days after the visit to check the health status of patients.

This place is phenomenal. The staff is amazing. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They also treat you with respect. I have been going to this place for over 6 years and my kids that have special needs love the doctors here. I go here over anywhere else.

The doctor is very thorough, kind and listens to our concerns. I recommend her all the time. Prices are good for uninsured. By far the best urgent care I have every experienced.

This is my preferred urgent care for my children and I. We've been seeing them for various needs since the pandemic. The staff are always kind and attentive. I dont think I've ever waited more than 15 mins to be taken back and the doctors are always quick but efficient. They also take time to truly educate you on whatever illness or ailment you're dealing with and how best to heal. Highly recommended!

I took my 2 year old daughter for the first time there, she was comfortable with the doctor and the nurse. Which is a huge deal for me.

The wait times are excellent. Typically 10-15 minutes. We have never had to wait more than 30 minutes (that was the longest) which is really great for an Urgent care. The doctor here is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and listens well. She's kind and her staff is also very attentive, nice and patient. They have an affordable cash price so that is super helpful for the budget if you don't have insurance. Also x-ray prices are really low.

I have had repeated visits to Sun Valley Peditric & Family Urgent care for including medical urgency. As always they have excellent service with extreme care for the patients. One of the best providers in the South east valley. Really awesome experience with them.

I love the doctor here she is so sweet and patient. She's very gentle all the times she's ever treated my boys for anything, when they've been sick. This is my go-to urgent care.

After visiting a NextCare UC and having to wait over an hour, we decided to drive over and try a local place instead. There were no wait on a Sunday evening, nurse and dr was very helpful and caring, they were quick with responding to my son's cut on his head. From the time we went in and left, everything was done within 30-45 mins! Definitely recommend this place to anyone for urgent matter!

They keep billing me for a COVID vaccine back in 2021, that the government paid for. The bill shows charges from 2 different dates. I only went there once. Can't get anyone to talk to me from their billing department.

Doctors are great here but their staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, I'm assuming they are too young to any proper experience working with patients. I felt like I was ordering from a drive thru with someone who hates their job, not a doctors office.
