Justin’s vinyasa class is perfection. Best playlists and he offers complex pose sequences in a simple way plus challenges of inclined. No two classes are the same. I come here every time I’m in town.

Sumits Yoga has greatly improved my life, mobility, breathing, and consciousness. I joined about a year ago when my body started breaking down from sitting all day and night at a computer building a company. Fast forward to today, and my body feels five years younger by only taking 2 to 3 of their weekly classes. When the mind, body, and soul are in tune, it's amazing what you can achieve, and I owe it to Sumit.I highly recommend hot yoga, and Sumits is the place to do it. Everyone on the staff is amazing and unique in their own way.Evan is very enlightened and spiritually in tune. He uses the energy and music throughout the room to keep you going and reach a higher frequency level. Evan is my favorite. He uses a bell or cymbal at the end of every practice, which ties everything together. You will walk out feeling elevated. The best music, too.Mellie is a sweetheart. She is usually the most athletic in the room and will challenge you with intense workouts tied to the practice. Every class with her is both demanding and unforgettable.Michael is my go-to instructor. His voice is almost mesmerizing, and the rhythm and cadence are amazing. His energy is powerful, and his classes are always consistent. He focuses a lot on deep breath work, which, surprisingly, I didn't know how to breathe before I met him.Harrys and Sarah are both amazing. They are the only two I have experienced who are fearless in correcting your posture and offering advice physically. Sometimes, they focus more on the instruction, which is wonderful for beginners and those who need a refresher. I still consider myself a beginner and am a fan.Anshula is always friendly and has a smile on her face. She is consistent with her practices and is another great teacher. She has a bubbly personality, and it's contagious.I don’t know the other instructors, but I am sure they are also amazing. The fellow yogis in the room are supportive, friendly, and accepting. No judgment. Full support from everyone. If this is new to you, "Just do it" changed my life and will greatly impact yours. Thanks, Sumit :)

Wonderful! I have sciatic issues and have found hot yoga helps a lot. I’m a beginner and was traveling from out of town and found this spot, so glad I did. The atmosphere was inviting and front desk and I instructor kind. The class had great variety and was adapted to all levels. Really appreciated this addition to my trip!

Overall a great place to drop in for a class, easy pay on MINDBODY app, mat and towel additional $8 bringing total to $8. Not bad for drop in, showers available. Be mindful of placement in hot classes, near door you may get blasts of cold air when they open door several times during class.Overall heat and humidity were good for these classes. Class flow was excellentThanks ??

This is a great studio with excellent instructors. I LOVE Leah and Chrissie's classes and took Justin's class today. I really appreciate the corrections and enjoyed the variety he provided. I don't think I've had hands on correction since 2019 and I'm not young so sometimes I need to be physically moved to get it through my head :) LOL. Meghan is one of my favs - 5:30am is ROUGH for me but I know her class will make my day great.

I am a bit of a yoga junkie and definitely will scour the local discounts to see which studios offer new student packages and take advantage of the deals and check out the studio to see if I want to become a regular member. This studio offers $20 for 2 weeks intro special for new students, so I definitely signed up for this deal! If you end up going just twice, that'll only be $10/class, which is a steal! I definitely do not like to pay for physical activity. Yea, I am a cheapskate like that, but love to get in a good sweat! I signed up for the 5:30pm Sumits Yoga 80 and my instructor was Michael Watman. This studio reminds me of a Bikram style studio, however, this studio has classes that are variations of the 26 & 2, which I like. The studio is heated between 100 - 106F and there is def humidity added in, so be prepared to sweat! Women's changing room has 2 showers, so if you like to rinse off after a hot and sweaty class, that is available for you. Lots of cubby holes for storage in the women's changing room and also in the common area. There seems to be at least 2 rooms for classes available and we were in the back room, which was a very decent size and good mirrors so you can check out how well you are aligned in your poses. Room does get hot so if you don't like it too hot, stay near the doors. If you like it hot, move towards the edges of the room. Michael is a solid instructor and definitely enjoyed the 80 minutes of sweat and stretch class! I'll definitely be back for other classes to see how other instructors are! If you're a serious yogi and enjoy a good heated stretch with a studio that is no frills but has everything you need, definitely give this place a try!

This is probably one of the hardest hot yoga studios I have ever been to. The space is extremely hot and humid during practice that everyone is profusely sweating. I think this level of heat and humidity also leads to it kind of smelling... mildewy? As a new student, it was a little confusing coming in, trying to check in and understand where to put my belongings and where to set up. The instructor was busy running around the studio setting up and was in conversation with other students.I tried the Sumits 60 class and I was absolutely drenched at the end of the session. The instructor stands at the back of the room and the music is quite loud, so it can be a little hard to understand/know what the next postures are supposed to be, so you find yourself having to stop to take a look to understand what is being cued next. I was also surprised to find at the end of class there were no cleaning supplies to wipe down my mat. It was a great workout, but I'm not sure if the environment/experience is for me.

Just started from a Groupon purchase and have truly enjoyed it. The instructors are all great and each one brings a positive vibe and fantastic workout for the class. I will definitely be buying a membership from here on out.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Everything seemed rushed and the instructors seems to be too busy to help anyone with questions.

Great place to get your Yoga/sweat on! The Summits sequence is Bikram inspired (without the physical contact or emotional berating). Seriously, I really enjoy this studio! Great teachers, no frills HOT yoga! My skin glows when I keep constant. Had to take a break during covid and they graciously extended my package! Yay! ?
