Can you rate less than 1, took my crosstrek in complaining of slower start and wanted to get the battery replaced under warranty. They said nothing was wrong. I made them test it a second time while I was there and same answer. I needed to be sure the battery didn't fail while my wife was going to and from chemotherapy or she would be stranded. Since then she passed away from cancer and I go to the car and guess what, the battery is dead. This place will never see my business again and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know that this place doesn't stand behind warranty and should not be trusted. I'll make sure to post to Facebook and NextDoor. Now I have to go out and buy the battery they should have replaced. NO MORE BUSINESS FOR SUBARU Superstore ever.

Thank you so much Darby and the Subaru Superstore of Chandler team! Thank you for being so kind, so transparent, and so hospitable! Everything was straight forward and understandable. The staff was extremely relatable, and the layout of the store is beautiful. 10/10 recommend to anyone thinking of buying a Subaru in East Valley, Arizona- go here.Oh, and for anyone waiting for service on your car, they have private work areas, an entertainment center, and complementary WiFi. Did I also mention a rather healthy selection of food and drink? They also have a water bowl for our furry-friend passengers. Like I said, 10/10 recommend.

Brought my wife's car into their service center because of a rattle under the vehicle when stopped. No other issues - acceleration was fine, no sulfur smells, nothing to indicate that I had a catalytic converter problem. They called me and said they needed $9500 to replace both my catalytic converters. When I asked how they came to this conclusion and why both seemingly went at the same time, the service manager said "the technician put the car on a lift and tapped them and it made noise".I asked for the car back, drove it directly to a AZ emissions center, and it passed with flying colors.Endgame is that this place wanted me to give them almost $10,000 because their extensive troubleshooting process indicated I needed massive expensive repairs that ended up being completely unnecessary. I know dealerships like to use catalytic converter replacements to generate additional service revenue, but this was outrageously idiotic and I'll never go back there again (after being a loyal customer for 3 years with 2 Outbacks).

We bought a used car here and they were so nice and friendly and not pushy. Usually going to car lots, sale people are so rude but not here. They went out of their way and above and beyond. I would buy here again.

STAY AWAY!If I could leave 0 stars I would.I went into the Subaru dealership after my personal mechanic had replaced my O2 sensor 3 times and my check engine light was popping up because of an O2 sensor code. He recommended I go to the dealership because they are the "Pros" so they can get the right diagnosis. What I didn't know if that they would be playing the guessing game at my wallets expense.I informed the dealership of the fact that I had already replaced the O2 sensor 3 times and then their tech did a diagnostic and stated yet again I need another O2 sensor .I was very hesitant and insisted I didn't need one , but at the end of the day I'm not the expert they are and they were certain it would fix the issue. So I got the O2 sensor for close to $700( double the price of any mechanic). Then they informed me the issue is still not fixed , and the next step would be the Bulkhead harness which would come out to around $3800.I took my car in to a different Subaru certified mechanic and he said the bulkhead harness functions correctly and the only issue is the Bulkhead connector which is the very tip of the engine harness that connects to the ECM. Meaning the issue is the Engine harness which the part is 1/4 of the price of the bulkhead harness.2 of Subaru dealerships master technicians confirmed this information to be true and yet it was that dealerships techs that insist I spent $3800 on parts and labor my car didn't even need and to not even fix the issue. The service manager Robert is also extremely sexist and has a big ego issue so communicating with him only made the situation worse. He kept threatening us, insisting we were trying to fight (when speaking in a calm manner) and just kept insisting he won't take the blame for all the miscommunication and mistakes because he's not to blame, the customer is.Which that's a first, customer service 101 is that the customers always right, but this guy took that a little personally.I am so upset with the treatment, carelessness and manipulation this dealership uses.Save not only hundreds but thousands of dollars, stay away!!

Terrible. Its a very nice space but service has gone down hill for the last three years and they cant blame COVID anymore. I take my care for general service and they always miss "something". One time they left parts from my car on the floor of my car...instead of where they belonged. Another time I had an appt and the ppl ahead of me that didn't have appts got to get their car maintenanced first. so i had to wait for an oil change for over 2 hours, another time I left my car there JUST for an oil change and they had it for three days. This last time i took my car in they didn't thoroughly do the 27 point inspection that they said they'd do. when I complained the manger Jim, he just shined me on. I needed to take my car across country so i wanted to be assured they would do this and was told they would. THEY DID NOT. JIM (service manager) was not a fun guys to deal with. He likes to ignore calls and then shine you on as if you dont know what your talking about. So had to take to a mom and pop mechanic that fixed what they didn't fix.

I like Jason who helped me all throughout my car service. The others is just like standing specially the tall one in front of the door and kinda snob and also the other one in the sales is really not that helpful and lacks customer service! I hope they will greet all the people regardless of their color, age, gender and ethnicity.

I always enjoying sitting in their lobby when I come for my car's regular oil change. I appreciate that I can work on my laptop and participate in a few meetings while I wait and grab a cup of coffee as well. Their advisors are very knowledgable and i'm grateful for their honesty when it comes to what needs to be taken care of for my Outback. I don't mind the wait because I feel content that they are doing a quality job. In my book quality and customer service always ranks number 1. I've been here a few times for service and never had any issues.

Ordered part on January 19th on their website. Made follow up phone call Thursday January 26th they said the part had arrived and would ship out that day I did not receive any shipping information Monday November 30th called and asked what was going on they said part was in and they would ship it out today. $450 heater control and it’s the middle of winter I understand they are in Arizona but I am not. They don’t follow their policies as described in their store policies. If you order a part be prepared to wait and wait.

I have bought cars from several dealerships over the course of my life. My experience at Subaru Superstore of Chandler was far and away the best. I couldn’t imagine it improving from this.

we had an appointment for oil change so assumed that we would be in and out within a resonable time. However, 2+ hours is NOT resonable. Yes, they check your systems etc. but I have never, ever had to wait this long for an oil change any where else. If they have a set appointment, they should be able to accomplish the work quickly!Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and price was reasonable.

I’ve read good reviews and people in Facebook groups recommended this location so I have gone in too see if they can help me get a 2017 brz. Ended up needing $12,000 down for a $24,000 car with my car on top I have never been quoted such a quote like this even with cars that had higher msrp.
