Imad is fantastic. Very personable and great at what he does. Was able to make the car leasing experience simple and easy when it is often stressful. Would highly recommend this dealership and him specifically.

Hi everyone, went in to test drive a Crosstreck, was greeted by Imad who was very nice and knowledgeable. No pressure on buying it. My husband and I loved the car so we bought it. Considering we bought the day after a holiday and they were extremely busy, everything went smoothly. I would high recommend Subaru and Imad at the dealership for any Subaru vehicles. They seem to care about their customers.

Went in for scheduled maintenance..oil change. Was told the new oil filter blew oil all over the motor. They gave us a loaner as they were going to keep it over night to clean the mess up. Went back the next day to pick up my car and they said all set. Drove off and got half way home before I got smoked out from all the oil still on the motor. Took it right back and they said they'd give me another loaner and really clean it up. 6 days later (weekend in there) they called and said they had pressure washed and wiped the motor all off. Went and got it, drove it home and looked under the hood. Car is white, under the hood was black from oil. It was in my driveway still smoking. Did they do what they said?? As far as I'm concerned...no way!!! I don't think it was a job well done! All for a simple oil change!

Most honest dealership we’ve been too and we have lived all over the country. We worked with Tom in Finance and Eddie in Sales. We had such a good experience we returned a few days later to purchase a second car and trade in our 23 year old Suzuki Swift. Eddie was fair and we didn’t have to haggle. He worked to get us a good deal and include extras in our purchase. We absolutely love our new vehicles. Thanks to Tom and Eddie, we had such a seamless, happy experience.

Yesterday I took my daughter’s car in for an oil change. This place was amazing. Professional, friendly, offered drinks and snacks. I was impressed with the amount of seating around the waiting room. Very busy due to the holiday but it was a smooth morning. Car was vacuumed and washed. Shinny clean. Thank you Chandler Subaru.

We were most impressed with the Subaru Superstore of Chandler's sales and new vehicle review. The salesman went the "extra mile" to ensure all our questions were answered and that we had a full and complete understanding of our sales contract, vehicle operation and available options. We will always bring our new Subaru Ascent Touring model back there for any service needs. We found they are totally committed to customer service and the happiness of the buyer. Highly recommended!

Fairly easy going dealership. Not high pressure. Good selection of snacks and drinks which I actually thought was a nice thing for customers. Main reason we decided to go back (a few times) after testing cars. Scott Postel never pushed us into making a decision until we were ready. Note: They do tint the windows on new cars, and sure they charge more than a shop would, but not outrageous, and I didn't have to find a place to do it, fit into schedule, wait to get done.

Adam was great! He is very professional and knowledgeable. I came in for an oil change that was completed in under an hour, along with a full vehicle inspection. I will be returning to this location for all my Subaru needs!

service was completed in a timely manner. Only beef I have is with the over inflation of tires. It does not match the recommended psi on the door sticker. Asked once why they did that and was told that's just what they do.

Great buying experience from our first visit all the way through car delivery. Mark was helpful without being pushy and gave us the time we needed to find the right car for us. Once we ordered our car, we were kept updated on the delivery status and it even came in early.Not that I'll need another car anytime soon, but I will absolutely make this place my first stop for my future car buying needs.

I feel like this service department is shady. I went there for an oil change and was told that I was in immediate need of new tires because my car was so far out of alignment that the inside of my tires were completely bald. Which they did show me pictures but I was not offered to go back and look at my actual vehicle, so who knows where the photos came from. After they told me that my tires through them would cost $1250 and then they would charge me $129 for an alignment. I told them that I would wanna get a second opinion. So I called Costco and got for brand new tires for $700. I went to brakes plus on Hunt Highway to get my alignment just to find out that my subaru is not out of alignment at all and there’s nothing wrong with it. I would recommend that you go somewhere else, and or get a second opinion before you let them near your vehicle. ***** update. I received a call from the manager letting me know that the part they replaced under warranty (that I didn’t know I needed until after it was already done) required them to do an alignment at Subaru at time of service. So that would explain the report from breaks plus. But it doesn’t explain why my tech told me the price of an alignment and wrote it down? If it was done already then why was I going to be charged for one? Either way. Pay attention for yourself.

Thank you so much Darby and the Subaru Superstore of Chandler team! Thank you for being so kind, so transparent, and so hospitable! Everything was straight forward and understandable. The staff was extremely relatable, and the layout of the store is beautiful. 10/10 recommend to anyone thinking of buying a Subaru in East Valley, Arizona- go here.Oh, and for anyone waiting for service on your car, they have private work areas, an entertainment center, and complementary WiFi. Did I also mention a rather healthy selection of food and drink? They also have a water bowl for our furry-friend passengers. Like I said, 10/10 recommend.

Brought my wife's car into their service center because of a rattle under the vehicle when stopped. No other issues - acceleration was fine, no sulfur smells, nothing to indicate that I had a catalytic converter problem.They called me and said they needed $9500 to replace both my catalytic converters. When I asked how they came to this conclusion and why both seemingly went at the same time, the service manager said "the technician put the car on a lift and tapped them and it made noise".I asked for the car back, drove it directly to a AZ emissions center, and it passed with flying colors.Endgame is that this place wanted me to give them almost $10,000 because their extensive troubleshooting process indicated I needed massive expensive repairs that ended up being completely unnecessary. I know dealerships like to use catalytic converter replacements to generate additional service revenue, but this was outrageously idiotic and I'll never go back there again (after being a loyal customer for 3 years with 2 Outbacks).

This dealer ROCKS!!! Took my car in for a sensor to be replaced and check on a recall. I am VERY IMPRESSED!!! They cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up!! I will definitely be loyal to them and refer them to everyone!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
