Clean rooms and very helpful staff. My 80 year old Auntie flew in from Dallas, TX to attend my Graduation ? from ASU. My Auntie had a wonderful time staying at Springhill Suites by Marriott in the Chandler Fashion Square District. The staff treated her very nicely.

The service was good but the hotel could use some fixing and updating. It will work if the others are full but would not be my first choice.

Starting with the good things about the hotel. The pillow is surprising more comfortable than it looks. The customer service is friendly also. Finally the location is great, within walking distance to food and shopping. That's all the good things I can say.The room I had was awful, right at the very end of the hall, every time someone walk out of the side door, my room sound like a gun shot went off.The water from the tap tasted and smells awful, and there is nothing into the room to purify it. The only way to get some water to drink is the front desk for $3.25 each bottle. It comes with breakfast, but the 4 days I stayed, 3 of those days, breakfast selection was so awful, I just skipped it and just drank some OJ only.Room service comes every other day only to replace towels and tuck in my sheets but not changing it until I checkout. While I most likely be staying here again because it is company approved location and it is the closet location. I am definitely won't be recommending this place.

I wish I would have recorded the name of the employee that checked me in. She was pleasant, efficient, and made the stay start right and feel good from the very beginning. Rooms were clean, breakfast had a great selection and location is outstanding.

It honestly reminds me of a Super 8. The musty smell in the rooms, the dirty looking carpet, questionable a.c units blowing god knows what. The rooms are evidently made out of paper because you can hear everything possible next door, above you, and probably the pipes beneath you too if you're one the bottom floor. I feel bad bc I want to give them the benefit of the doubt that they are trying to catch up to the newer style/decor of the other SpringHill Suites in the valley... The only thing that makes me more sad though is that I've been to the SpringHill on Priest and Baseline and that dual property is known from -everybody- for being sketchy and run down because of that particular area where it sits..but even thosee people make sure the property looks (and smells) nicer then what I was picking up here. My brain isn't braining on why this isn't flip flopped from them. But like I said they are trying, so I'll stop sounding like a d***. Besides the building itself the staff here are incredibly kind, and like I said they try their best to assist with whatever they possibly can. The area here is definitely nice and it's close to many restaurants, a Walmart supercenter, and of course the Chandler fashion center mall. Would I come back here? Absolutely. The employees hospitality that was shown towards me and my husband during our stay made it worth it.

If location is all your concerned with this hotel is close to the mall. Other than that there’s nothing good I can say. The room was beyond filthy and smelt horrible and the pool is very small. Even walking into the front doors it smelt like baked in B.O. We cut our stay short and moved on to a different hotel. I’m shocked this hotel has such good reviews. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the first next to you open their bathroom door and ALL noises. There are stains on the floors, bedding, and the walls were dirty- nothing about the place was clean

I sort of have some mixed feelings about this place.....The location is great, easy access to restaurants and shopping. You can tell that some things were updated, but probably could have invested a little more in certain things. The rooms are very big and I was pleasantly surprised.A few things to note:-You may need to remind staff if you have a special request. We asked for a pack n play the day before check in. A note was made on our reservation by Tara, which Alma acknowledged when I checked in around 1:30pm, but by 9pm, still no pack n play. Made a trip to the front desk and then one was finally delivered.-The pullout couch with trundle bed...brilliant idea and super comfy. However, there was a stain on the twin trundle mattress.....and one set of twin bedding for two? Maybe someone took the other?-The toilet had some weird leak in the middle of the night coming from the flushing mechanism. Maybe a replacement is necessary? I didn't get a chance to tell the front desk, so I'm hoping they see this review.-The luggage carts are kind of hard to maneuver into and out of the elevators. All in all, a decent place for the price....just don't expect luxury. For the staff, we stayed in room 307....probably should have Maintenance look at the toilet before it decides to randomly attempt to flood the bathroom again.

Great area close to restaurants. The ceilings were way too low since I am 6'8" and bumped head on hallway entrances doors. Bad hazzard, so the should be stated somewhere. Very nice folks at front desk throughout the stay.Walkability: Close to walmart and food.

The room was "okay" but very poorly lit. I found myself looking for lighting in the room that simply didn't exist. Otherwise, the room and everything else was adequate.

My stay at the Springhill suites and was delightful. The front desk clerk April is just as sweet as can be. She will make your day brighter, even if you’re having a rough one, with a smile and with excellent service. This is an older hotel, but the staff is solid and their hospitalities grade A.
