30/11/2023. The store is very large and well stocked. Staff are very accommodating and spent a lot of time helping my better 1/2 out. My better 1/2 was looking to purchase hiking poles which she had researched online. They tried their best but the closest location was about an hour away. It would have been nice if the inventory was online. Guess we could have phoned. The price would have been the best available if the poles would have been in stock. Oh well another adventure! Good reason to go out for lunch yum ?. We will go and shop there again. Overall a good experience.

If you are Black (and probably Hispanic too) and feel like being racially profiled, go to this store. I was looked at like they questioned why I was there. An older man asked me if I needed help twice while pretending to work as he followed me around.Black people like camping/ fishing/ hunting, too!The staff are all white. You might think it's due to the area. You would be wrong because if you go a bit south in the same complex to Sam's Club and Home Depot, they have a diverse staff.Whoever is managing this store needs a lesson in diversity or corporate needs to restructure for them.

Absolutely great place. Made a visit to the shooting dept. Super friendly and knowledgeable guys back there. Will be back for sure. Jackson was pretty awesome

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Will never shop here again. Ridiculous store policies and unprofessional staff. Hope they go out of business soon!!! Zero customer service

Great store to go to. Friendly staff and usually have what I need. Bummed about the low stock on some ammos but that's to be expected.

I love going to sportsman's for my hunting needs. Great selection of guns and ammunition. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

This is a decent store for outdoor equipment. The staff have always been courteous and helpful. Good selection, and they price match, which is great.

The sitting “manager” would not honor a product that was hanging in the “buy 1 get 1 free” section - although there were a dozen of the same product hanging there. I asked him to stand by the customer and do the right thing. He said he could not do that. I told him that I am a customer service executive that speaks to new hires every month and that I would use this story (and the name of the store) in my upcoming lectures.They may have saved 20 bucks today, but they permanently lost a customer.

I came in for some fishing line. The lady at the front desk who greeted me when I entered and checked me out at the end was very nice.The gentleman towards the back at the fishing poles was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction and in giving me advice on which line to get.Price was good and the line I got did the trick. Very good experience.

I came to this store looking for magazines for an xdm elite, but unfortunately, they did not have any in stock because not many stores carry them. One of the employees did ask if I needed help finding anything, so I let him know what I was looking for, so he helped me try to locate it. When they determined they didn't have what I needed in stock, they told me how I could order them from the sportsman's warehouse website and have them shipped and also had recommendations of other locations that might have them in stock. Other than not being able to find an otherwise uncommon magazine, this store has quite a bit to offer and pretty great customer service.

I buy fishing stuff, ammo, firearms, firearms accessories, and occasionally boots here. I found on many occasions purchasing a firearm on the website and shipping it to the store was seamless. The ammo selection is solid, the prices are reasonable for brick-and-mortar, and the optics section is pretty nice for rifles. The magazine and holster selection leave much to be desired, but that's expected. The place has nearly anything you need for fishing with the exception of deer hair flies for trout (no idea why). Everything else I wanted they had stocked.The clothes are absolutely insanely priced unless they are on sale. Sometimes I grab a pair of boots I like, the selection is pretty large. Anyway, worth checking out. They do seem to love pushing store branded credit cards but I believe that's a corporate requirement for the sales team. Great experience overall.

I went in wanting to purchase a firearm and waited my turn to speak to a representative. When he finally helped me i looked at a used gun. I stated there was rust and he responds yup its used not our problem we just buy them and put them out rough answer but ok. then he left before showing me the other gun i asked for to help someone else. He came back grabbed the other gun, while i was looking at it I asked if he had any larger caliber rifles of which he responded i dont know every gun we have in here. ok again, i calmly stated i didnt expect you to just was wanting you to look. he then grabbed me a rifle and as i was looking through the scope at the ceiling he said for safety i couldnt point it anywhere but at the gun area. mind you its an empty gun in a gun store pointed at the ceiling and he wanted me to look 5 ft in front of me at a wall through a high powered scope. I handed him the gun back and asked him why he hates customers. Im a long time sportsman shopper bought bows guns all kinds of things. I dont understand this shops cust service goal is it to attack the customers? The guy had dark hair and foreign accent BEWARE.

Another sportsman's warehouse, I did appreciate the gun counter clerks attitude. Just stopped in because I haven't been to this location and had some time to kill. Told the guy I'm just browsing around and he still made sure I was taken care of even though I wasn't planning on purchasing anything. Never pushy like some stores.
